Goodafternoon sir.... How about the diets for age 50+
To answer further questions: 1. Yes you can mix creatine with your protein shake for even a better absorbtion, or any other drink of your liking. 2. Yes you should take your creatine and Protein even at your rest days, especially rest days are the days where the muscle growing starts happening.

@lancer717 Take only creatine monohydrate, please, everything else than monohydrate has either the same effect or less and are just marketing to sell you some stuff for more money. Monohydrate are the best effective and cheapest on the market

Another great option, mixing creatine with ion water or fresh coconut water are also awesome for pre-workout.

For those who didnt understand Just take it,no matter when,before,during or after workout But it is alittle bit better if you take it after workout

@@user-rt7vo5fr8e It's been 10 days For me i feel better drinking the protein shake before workout,1 hour before in case imma ned the bathroom xD And i go at the gym with my creatine drink prepared,after my 2 hrs session i drink it going home.

There's no point in loading. Makes zero difference. You're only wasting money by using too much at one time for a period of time. 5g is all you need per day.

Thanks for the explanation! I started the gym again a few months ago. The preworkout I’m taking everyday has 5mg. I don’t workout every day (2-3 time a week) . I just consume it slowly throughout the day as an energy booster. I noticed I had phenomenal last reps strength. I could give another two reps no problem. Now it’s dying down on me. Perhaps I should up to 10mg a day as you mentioned. I’m 6ft4 205-210lbs. Pretty big on a strict carnivore diet💪

This was real helpful. I've tried all kinds of muscle supplements throughout the years and I could never tell any difference. But creatine I could tell a difference for a change. This stuff is helpful even without a perfect diet.

Noob question here. Jiat started out weightlifting 2 weeks ago, I use a protein shake so would you suggest I use creatine too
I'm reading conflicting information regarding taking creatine and drinking coffee. I drink 1 cup of coffee in the morning and that's it. I want to start taking creatine but do I need to cut out my daily coffee?

I only take 3-5 g on trainingdays. Monday, wednesday and friday. Is that enough ?

I'm 15 years old and want to gain muscle. I play basketball at least 4 times a week on my team as I have been doing for the last six months and I work out around three times a week.
