As a native speaker of English, I will agree that "customly" is a perfectly acceptable word.

Even though I agree that hotspots are better in terms of visibility for developers, I'm one of those people who prefers invisible shapes. And that's because I can change the state of shapes with triggers (to hide / unhide) , which is something I can't do with hotspots.

Yes, I would also do that with invisible shapes IF needed. But for a simple block like that, I'll always pick a hotspot.
