Hi Marcella. If you can't find the category you are looking for it simply doesn't exist. You'll have to choose the closest match

Good question and to tell you the truth it's difficult for me to answer. I can't see any reason why you shouldn't have access. Try publishing your page first

Let's see how attentive you are to your comments. Why does FB not allow a business with multiple locations, all having the same name, have Facebook pages for each location, without giving each location a unique name. This really screws up citation NAP. Your thoughts?

Upon attempting to create a page for the 2nd, 3rd, he is prevented from doing so...being told he already has a business with that name. Your videos are some of the best related to Google.

Please help...I LOVE your video and the steps are so well explained and easy to follow - thank you. But, when I click 'Create Page', the fill-in boxes on the left are doing something different. The 'Name' is OK. The Category is OK but it is not appearing underneath the name. And then it's asking for a Bio about me rather than a 'Description' of my business. I'm not sure what to do now. Not sure which version of Facebook you are using. It often changes. I have multiple tutorials for facebook pages so go and check them out

I have a question, we have our business address in correctly but we dont show up when people try to check in do you know what that would be?

I created a google my business account a month ago but in the services main category I put that my service is trailer rental and actually I need to be under garbage collection service. Just login to your Goole profile panel and change the primary category to something more suitable like Garbage collection service or Waste management service

I Created a Facebook business page and can visit the page where I am the admin. I can not for some reason switch to the business page account or join groups as the page, even though the group allows pages to join.

What category fits a brand who sells products? Specifically items like safes/lockboxes.

I made my Facebook business page, however my messenger messages aren’t coming in. I’ve had 3 family members message me and none of the messages come through. Any advice?

Have the Local Business or Place, Company, Organization, or Institution, Brand or Product, Artist, Band, or Public Figure, Entertainment, Cause or Community page types been removed? I've been an admin for our church page for over 5 years now so I know the Organization type of page we choose when creating it hasn't changed. The layout is still the same as is the location for the various options and settings. I'm trying to create a new page for our church choir but I can't see the option to create any of above page types I have mentioned. Thanks.

I’m trying to create a page but once I hit “create page” it’s saying that “there are limits to how many things I can do.” However, it even said that when I did it for the first time. I am having the hardest time being able to leave reviews on my business page. Everyone who goes there says they can only leave a mention. I have selected the show reviews in the settings. IDK what’s going on but it’s driving me crazy.

Hi Mandy. You can't transfer ownership as it is linked to your account but you should be able to add a manager to it
