@@sctpc @sctpc Sorry for the confusion here. In every case there is a free level for the extension. It is still fully free for most people , sometimes there is a paywal if you do more than a specific number of audits in the same month period. The categories display is still 100% free for everyone. Let us know if you have any trouble. Sorry for the confusion.

Post Audit invokes a sign-up page where I have to choose a free version (you get 5 post audits) and two paid versions -- these seem worth the money but I don't want to "waste" a free post audit yet! haha thanks for this awesome video

You shouldn't need it but if you do go to pleper.com and sign up for a free account. Then go to your profile. The API is there

Hi there, I have a question regarding placing extra photos. You make a comment about having customers leave photos. Does it have to be the customer that leaves the picture or does it make a difference if the business owner leaves the pictures? Thanks as always ❤

You can add your own photos of course but you should also encourage customers to add photos when they post a review too

I believe the pleper extension has been removed from the google chrome extension store. Not sure when it will come back

Might be a bit late now 1 year on but Pleper has been removed from extensions. You have to download as a zip file and switch to developer mode to install the extension.

It will bring up additional information such as categories and whether a business is verified or not. Unfortunately i couldn’t get it to work. I got in touch with pleper and they told me it was fixed but it wasn’t

neither of these are free any longer and pleper is a paid tool as well its not available on the chrome store. Just a heads up. Thank you for all your research yo have helped my business.

Hi, we are from GMB Everywhere extension team. At present we don't have a Firefox extension. Edge browser has recently started supporting Chrome Extensions, so our extensions might work over there too. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Neither show results when searching chrome extensions in Ireland.

We are from the GMB Everywhere. Can you elaborate the scenario here? Are you using incognito mode? All extensions are usually disabled by default on incognito mode. We will be happy to look into it.

Boss PLEASE HELP! My competitor has bought over 1200 reviews over the last few weeks, it’s impossible to get so many reviews in such a short space of time, something is going on… the problem is all the information I can find on this is telling me to report the review one by one. I’m sure you can understand that reporting at least 1000 reviews will take…. The entire week AT LEAST… please??? There has to be a way to tell Google that they have bought tons of reviews and pretty much all of them are bought/fake. Does Google hate work or something, why can’t I leave it to them, that’s their job. I would like to report ALL the reviews. They should all go no? Any help would be highly appreciated

Try reporting the business using the Business Redressal Complaint Form support.google.com/business/contact/business_redressal_form. Add documents if you can to prove what you are saying, for example if you use GMB everywhere, you can audit the business's reviews which will show an unnatural surge of reviews. Don't use the google account associated with your listing to report the business, use another one
