Create a concrete halloween decoration for cheap!

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

I love decorating for Halloween every year, but one of the issues I have is the repairs to my props that happen when stored away due to being made of foam or plastic. It is nice to be able to make a prop that is built for being mistreated. These concrete props are best left out over the year to weather more and become better and better!

I love the idea of such a cool-looking, permanent Halloween decoration! Do you catch your neighbors peaking over the fence wondering what you're up to back there with the headstones and skulls?!😂 Your garden looks beautiful, by the way!

My side yard is a bit of a menagerie, as time goes along I’m sure it’s going to raise some eyebrows. The good news is it impossible to see without being in the side yard. My long term goal is the turn the whole area into a pirate grotto. Lol. Thanks for watching Fraidy!

When props live outdoors, concrete is the best way to go! Thanks for watching man!

I like your dirt look. Cool project. I made a few for my firepit and used a similar technique but with refractory cement. Gave some away to friends.

Your comment made me thinking of pouring a bunch of these skulls and creating a new surround for my fire pit! Now that is a conversation piece! What is refractory cement?

@@SamhainPropworks my son is a bricklayer. The refractory cement is used for ultra high temperatures....think fire brick🙂
