8 slices of bread
1 tablespoon mayonaise
1 tablespoon greek yoghurt
1 tablespoon mango chutney
1 tablespoon homemade curry powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
1/2 cup chopped fresh coriander
1/4 teaspoon salt (to taste)
