Made mine tonight with a Honeycrisp apple and carrot, but I massaged my shredded cabbage with Himalayan pink sea salt first. Used mayo, Briggs apple cider vinegar, sugar, black pepper, and Tajin as my dressing with some dehydrated parsley as my dressing. The mustard was something I had not thought of, but I will try that next time.

Instead of apple cider vinegar what we can use

Instead of the grainy mustard (I didn't have any) I used prepared Horseradish. I had celery salt, ground pepper, and caraway seeds. Turned out delish ! Served it with Roast Beef sliders and some homemade baked beans.

You can however it will change the flavor slightly as it's sweeter.

Traditional Slaw has Carrot. That's what bunny wabbits eat
