Cake in 15 minutes! They have never eaten such a tender cake before! The cake is so tender, it melts in your mouth. It is the easiest recipe with bananas. Anyone can bake this delicious banana cake! And your guests will enjoy it, so tender and airy! A fantastic recipe. This cake is quick and easy. Very tasty, a cake you can bake every day!
Ingredients/Recipe: (1 cup = 250 ml)
Dough:
2 medium eggs
A pinch of salt
40 g sugar (1/5 cup)
3 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons milk
60 g ground almonds (1/2 cup)
3 tablespoons cocoa powder (powder for drinking cocoa, sweetened)
70 g flour (1/2 cup)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Baking pan: approximately 22 x 22 cm (8.6 x 8.6 inches)
Bake at 170 °C (338 °F) top and bottom heat for 20 - 25 minutes.
apricot jam
Cream:
3 sheets of gelatin (5 g) (optional - for better stability)
500 ml milk (2 cups)
50 g cornstarch (2/5 cup)
3 tablespoons sugar
200 g cream cheese (possibly reduced fat) (4/5 cup)
2 very ripe bananas
2 teaspoons bourbon vanilla extract
150 g sour cream (or crème fraîche) (3/5 cup)
Now chill for at least an hour.
Ganache:
150 ml boiling hot cream (3/5 cup)
200 g chocolate (50% cocoa content)
Chill the banana cake for at least 2 hours.
