Cream of Corn & Mushroom Soup with Knorr Classic Chicken Corn Soup

Ingredients:
Knorr Classic Chicken Corn Soup 2packet
Flour 50gm
Fresh Cream (Dano) 15gm
Salt 2gm
White Pepper 2gm
Butter 30gm
Water 500ml
Warm water 500ml
Milk Powder 50gm
Straw Mushroom 50gm
Method:
1. Wash mushroom with hot water and lemon juice to remove tin stains(optional) and cut (paysanne) the mushroom.
2. Preparation of milk: Add milk powder into warm water and mix well to prepare milk.
3. Melt butter in a saucepan in low heat and add the flour and mix well till granule formation.
4. Cook for 6-8 min over low heat and add milk and mushroom. Whisk to mix well.
5. Boil the mix while stiring continuously, until the sauce is smooth.
6. Add Salt, White Pepper, water, Fresh Cream 15gm and Knorr Chicken Corn Soup into the mix and cook for another (10-15)min.
Decorate with Cream & Serve hot.
