I caught my first pompino of the year yesternight at Johnson Beach. Haven't caught one in 12 years lol hopefully will be smoking them all summer.

I'll have to try that recipe it looked awesome, but you might want to check the label on that Kraft Parmesan cheese, it contains cellulose powder, used as an anti-clumping agent. Cellulose powder is essentially wood dust. You can find other brands of grated Parmesan that don't contain cellulose.
