Canada lacks a distinct identity, and culture, is unsafe and extremely underdeveloped compared to China. The Uyghur cuisine is sensational, and I miss the Chinese barbeque, which is a delightful explosion of flavours with meat that is super soft." is just AWESOME!!!!! The nightlife is endless food vendors, people enjoying walking at night simply enjoying themselves without fear of drug addicts, beggars and homeless people. What you see in this video is the real China, not the one that the Western media projects as a country full of misery and fear. The streets are super clean, you won't find a single piece of paper anywhere.

Xi'An si famous for its long history, culture and variety of foods. As the starting point of the ancient Silk Road, it grew really famous for its mixed cultures and huge variety of foods. The signature foods are the Uighur lamb skews, Rou Jia Mo (Chinese Hamburgers), Biang Biang Mian (hand pulled noodles), Dao Xiao Mian (sliced noodles), Liang Pi (steamed rice sheets cut into thin noodles), dumplings, etc.

大唐不夜城,The Great Tang All Day Mall is a bustling pedestrian street near the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, but I prefer to regard it as a nickname for Xi'an. The name itself indicates how bustling Xi'an has been since the Tang Dynasty.

you are partially correct 😂 “duo shao” means how much/many(…), but people say “duo shao qian” meaning how much money. if you only say “duo shao” people will be confused trying to figure out how much/many what? how many pieces? 😂 so you need to add the “qian”( means money) to complete your question

The menu says 炒涼粉 means stir fried 涼粉。 In China, foods made from rice flour or bean flour or root flour all called 粉。Foods made from wheat flour called 麵 (simplified character面), noodle or 餅（biscuit, nang bread, all dough food.)
