for fashion,food,nature scenery,adventure,ancient site,beach ; - bandung,lembang (west java province), - dieng plateau (sikunir hill,volcanic crater), borobudur temple, karimunjawa island ( central of java province) - malioboro,merapi,many of beach in gunungkidul region,prambanan temple ( yogyakarta province) - transportation museum ( malang), jatim park II, bromo,ijen crater,tumpak sewu waterfall ( east java province) do not stay too long in jakarta,maybe you will miss out some incredible place in java just for a month...😊

One thing I have noticed from tourists and foreigners about batik is that they often think that batik is suitable for beach wear ,for relaxing, it's okay and actually you are free to wear it in any case . But in Indonesia Batik shirt is equivalent to Men Suits worn at formal occasion and generally at weddings while women wear Kebayas, also we wear it as School uniform and office uniforms, but again of course you are free to wear them at any time and place so it's help us spread the culture.

Black = hitam Blue = biru Green = hijau White = putih Yelow = kuning Purple = ungu Brown = coklat Orange = orange Pink = merah muda / pink

Awww... the part where Naomi talking about the struggle of buying clothes hits me right in the feel too. I was also in a bigger size, and ever since I was a kid, I really hated buying clothes!! It really was a struggle to find something that I like that fits me. So yeah, I know that emotional feeling when you find something that fits you in size, in color, in everything!! And also, the batik looks really good on you guys 😊👍

its better you say, bagus=good in general, tasty=enak, cantik=beautifull in general, indah=beautifull too, but we use especially for nature/places.

Love how humble and respectful you are about the spoon thing haha. Thought id mention thats only for soups, broth, or rice. Forks is the norm for noodle and cuts of meat or snacks if you dont want to use your hand. Just keep in mind that even if you use knives for everything, nobody would be offended. Enjoying the meal is more than enough for the people to be happy about.✌️

This is the first time that I see a video about traditional clothes of Indonesia. The people seem very nice and you guys are also giving such friendly and confortable vibe too while filming it. Good job 😉✌

The wildest thing about Thamrin City is that above the many floors of hundreds of shops, there are townhouses and apartments ABOVE the shopping centre. I don't mean it has apartments above the shopping centre - I mean there are entire townhouse complexes, with roads, massive resort-style swimming pools + tennis courts (on level 10) and multiple high rise apartments. My family stayed in an Airbnb apartment in Thamrin City in June this year and it's absolutely shocking how huge this place is. We spent a week and didn't get to explore every nook and cranny.

batik is made by hand without a machine, therefore it is expensive, we here respect people who have made batik because it is difficult, and it is our tradition

October 2 as National Batik Day in Indonesia originates from the decision of the United Nations Educational Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO). UNESCO has designated batik as a world cultural heritage native to Indonesia. You both look beautiful in Batik. We wear them for casual and formal occasions. Actually Bakmi GM is the benchmark of noodle restaurant, and a very very very old one. So many other restos try to copy the taste. It's not the other way around.

FYI, we mostly use spoon for rice and soupy meals, in terms of noodle most of use fork or chopstick, a very little percentage use spoon for noodle. So yeah, in Indonesia its a red flag to use fork on rice dishes.
