Hey you inspire me to paint my plates fun colors. Glad you had a good training day. Those days are the best. Keep that momentum going!
thumbs up for the music and hype ^^
Leo is bad ass!! 🥰
great video!
Pulling is so manly!!!💪🏻
Bigg up boss miss your videos motivation !
Very well done brother!! Can’t wait to hit 600 for the first time
I knew Joe was big, I didn't know he was dwarfing a cane corso big
My elbows, and shoulders make the snap, crackle, and pop sounds also. After, multiple decades of training, its par for the course.

I sometimes have that happen in my shoulders, if I'm not depressing my shoulders as hard as possible
Damn bro where did you get that shirt looks sick I want one
I wish I had a garage gym like yours. Going to a commercial gym in the evening is very busy

600 is more than respectable. I’m on a forced break, and cannot wait to get back at it!

I’m on a forced Bro split because I dread push pull legs and upper lower splits lately. Just in a funk, hoping it breaks me out of it.

@@edschobs5204 Another option is the anterior/posterior split, I find I default to it very often. It's enjoyable especially for legs and on lower volumes Do your push and pull workout like normal, but split your quad volume onto your push day and your hamstring volume onto your pull day. Just be careful not to do stuff that taxes your back each day. Your quad exercise might be leg press if you just deadlifted, your ham exercise might be leg curl if you have squats the next day, etc.
This vid has me amped for my next deadlift session. Killer music choice.
👍
How do you do the breathing without getting lightheaded? Do you breathe out at the top & in at the bottom? Or hold it at the top and breath out & in at the bottom? Or something else?
🫡🔥💪🏻🦍
Where's the rice bucket?
can you build a little deadlift platform so you don't damage your garage floor?

What im anabolic now? Probably wont pass a drug test.
Joe, please be careful with the time travel. It’s really easy to use up all your plutonium and get stuck on the wrong part of your program, skipping vital building phases. The real ones know that this is the true meaning of “Program hopping.”
After the burials original album (forging a future self) is the best! Then the 2nd with “Grant” on the vocals brah!! Great shoutout to my hometown band 💪🏼💪🏼
