They’ve already got beautiful fractures in them. A chisel and hammer and you could take home a nice chunk of calcite crystals with minimal effort.

I could sit in that cave all week...😅...extra thick canvas pants... big pockets... huge belt n suspenders walking out like John Wayne...just kidding but I can picture it...😁

There was some big ones but people have chipped them out .. I have a lot that I picked up in clusters .

Hi again Taylor, while I was watching I was thinking you had better grab some of those if you can, a couple more years with a few big storms and they will be eroded out by wave action working directly on them and indirectly when the wave action picks up other rocks and smashes them together., thats possibly how they became uncovered. Just my thoughts, Keep Safe & Keep Rockin

They don't look like Quartz crystals , but something else like diamonds aren't round or square but like 2 pyramids put together at the bottom. Maybe Hercumer diamonds

@@AgateDad yeah I for sure only joke I like to not do much damage or take very much when I find a big pocket of some thing I leave some for the next person I recently found some really cool rose hair quartz that was very stringy and crumbles to the touch I only took a tiny bit. Same with my agate place. I take only little bits!

Hi Taylor, just a thought, do you think that whole cave was once a covered in those crystals. I would be checking the floor closely to see if there are any that were eroded out and then covered over by eroded soil if the floor is not base rock itself. Keep Safe & Keep Rockin

@@AgateDad I have thought on those ones and their location, take a chisel & hammer with you, they will end up being eroded out as well as they are open to the elements. You may as well grab some while they are still in reasonable good condition. A couple of storm seasons in that position and they will be damaged and/or eroded out. It is not like they are in a secluded area in pristine condition, where they could be left for generation.. 👍

And be careful because some of them can be soooo beautiful and also toxic at the same time. Inhaling any crystal dust can cause your lungs to bleed or worse cancer...but yes they are beautifully amazing good job!!!
