Thank you for making an English video! I found it a lot easier to follow than KZread's auto-translated subtitles. They're usually not perfect and it leaves me with more questions than answers in regard to what you guys are trying to say. Keep it up! Much love, Puchshop!
Superb explanations Chris, so much easier to follow in English too. And thanks Robert for more close ups, that really help.
I have never even taken my clutch cover off. Still learning how to work on my moped. This video will be of great help. Thank you from California!!
Thanks for the English video! And great information
Higher engagement rpm gives smoother take off speed.
Nice in English chris, great information.👍
Great stuff! I have the old model puch without clutch cover and a 2 segment clutch. I am planning to put a 70cc kit with a 15mm bing carburator on it. Will i have to upgrade the clutch or is it possible to use the original one? Thanks!
Ive used a heavy duty fish scale to check the tension of my shoes
Great video! Which clutch do you recommend for a 50cc sprint e50 having the power band between 9000 and 13000 rpm and max. crankshaft power 13-14 PS?
I just bought new clutch shoes and blue springs to my 65cc airsal and 15mm carburater. Do i need at better clutch or is itr fine just to ordre some new standard shoes?
Really appreciate you doing these videos in English, and the timing couldn't be better! I just installed a 70CC TCCD kit on my 78' Puch e50 and haven't messed with the stock clutch, the kit is not yet broken in thanks to snow where I live. What clutch setup would you recommend for a 230 lb. (105kg) rider who rides in a somewhat hilly area? Thanks!

Id recommend at least a DMP street pro, or an Aramid clutch. For you, the most important part is adjusting the clutch to the right amount of slip.
I see you're using Dexron III ATF instead of type F . Does it perform differently?

The performance is almost similar, the Dexron was what we had lying around 😅
Ask a silly question but is the clutch the only place in the engine that you would put oil? Other than the 2 Stroke in the fuel?

There should be some gear oil in the back of the engine as well if Iam not mistaken. Someone please correct me if you see this.

The back of the engine and the clutch housing are connected. If you fill up the clutch with te proper amount, you fill the whole rear end of the engine!

@@puchshop That makes way more sense then what ever I said. Thanks Puchshop! ❤️
