Wieder ein super Video hab schon darauf gewartet. Zu der original Kupplung ich fahre auch die surflex 3 backenkupplung mit denn blauen feder. Mein setup ein 65 ccm Airsal. Meine Kupplung hält schon seit 4 oder 5 Jahre ohne Probleme. Lg aus Österreich.

Hallo lieber Puchshop. Eure Videos snd immer wirklich toll. Allerdings bei der "Einstellung" der Kupplung hat es sich bei mir bewährt, wenn man die Einstellschrauben bis zum Anschlag eindreht. Der Vorteil ist allerdings nur bei Tuning-Motoren ideal. Muss gesagt sein.Aber in Holland habt ihr doch sowieso nur die Mopedversion (in D die 40 km/h Version), oder? Das zählt für deutsche Verhältnisse schon als tuning. Jedenfalls, je mehr Vorspannung die Kupplungsfedern bekommen (je mehr man die Schraube rein dreht), um so mehr Drehzahl braucht die Kupplung bis sie ein kuppelt. So kann man den Anzug deutlich steigern. Von Verschleiß, der ja dann höher sein müsste, kann ich nichts berichten. Meine Puch ist egal ob mit dem offenen Holland/Mopedzylinder, später sogar mit Polini Zylinder immer klaglos ohne Kupplungsprobleme gelaufen. Bis heute bereue ich, das ich das Teil verkauft habe.

To adjust the shoes on the clutch equally i have been useing a weight/scale and a feeler gauge blade.... But hey - the screwdriver might work just as fine! (-:

Everyone has a different method, but i guess yours will work just fine! (maybe even better than the screwdriver method 🙃)
Great video - thanks Chris. Have just upgraded to Airsal 70cc set up. Do you have any tips as to how to remove the kickstart pressure plate each time it is disassembled? It came off very easy in your video, but I think you did not fully tighten the clutch nut. The only method I have tried is levering it off with a screwdriver while protecting the engine block edges.

@@tomjakobsen8110 the pressure plate is compressed/on very tight once torqued up. Pulled it off the clutch centre boss is very difficult

Id suggest a small tap with a hammer and screwdriver, it shouldn't take much!
Sehr gut erklärt. Aber geht das genau so auch bei einen anroll Motor?

Von der Einstellung her ist es genau das gleiche. Kupplung brauchst du aber eine wo die druckplatte drauf greifen kann. Müsste beim puchshop aber eh als anrollkupplung beschriftet sein
Wederom een geweldige video, vooral voor een leek zoals ik. Ik ben een beetje a-technisch, maar hoe merk je of een koppeling te veel of te weinig slip heeft?

Ik dacht dat je de veren helemaal naar binnen moest draaien en dan weer 2 slagen terug

Warum ist euer Ton bei den letzten Videos so scheisse ? Schau immer am TV die Videos da fällt das extrem auf ! Nur bei euch !! Wenn du sprichst extrem übersteuern vom Sound !!
