Graphics wise I believe that they use a graphics mod called Natural Vision Evolved, or NVE for short.

Another great video, Jeff. Maybe an idea for the neighbors if you have Ryan or another guy: The normal recipe with Randy and his neighbor, but now there's a Vietnam veteran at the neighbor's other side, who goes nuts every time Randy and his neighbor set of fireworks or cause some other explosion. Or just for random explosions in the area, triggering the neighbors.
