@@mattdickie4696 So a "True" Freshman is a Freshman, their first year of school. A "Redshirt" Freshman sat out for their first year and held onto a year of eligibility for NCAA. Both are considered Freshmen when it comes to Football, but it's much more impressive from a true Freshman because they're fresh out of high school.

@@flareon6472 thank goodness, no. A couple of spiders that are poisonous, but nowhere near the stuff the Aussies deal with. Great people though. I recommend visiting them.

It’s awesome watching these old college clips and we know the guy who’s going to go on to be a star pro and you watch them just stand out athletically vs the guys who never made it past the college level. Keenan Allen looked like a different species.

Man, that Cal RB Lynch or whatever his name is seems like a beast. If he makes it to the NFL and his team gets to the Super Bowl, like if the game came down to one last play on the 1 yard line I'd probably just hand it off to him.

The bama vs LSU game that year was basically a college pro bowl game. Please go look at those rosters and see how many NFL players you see. NO game ever will have that much talent at once

Russell Wilson was at his best when he weighed less. When he bulked up more he wasnt able to do all that magic behind the LOS looking for a big play. Seahawks saw that he was losing that mobility and that he couldnt survive as a pocket passer. He is still capable of making some plays but he's nothing like he used to be. Seahawks fleeced the Broncos.

The success of Murray, Burrow, Tua, Hurts, Lawrence, Jones, Herbert means small school quarterbacks are now kind of fucked in future drafts. If they're not from Alabama, Ohio State, Clemson, Oklahoma, LSU, Oregon etc they can kiss their NFL careers goodbye before they even declare. There used to be a knock on big school QBs due to how much talent they had around them in college but now not so much.

are we really calling Derek Carr an NFL star? I mean, sure he's been good, but 0 all-pros, 3 pro bowls, never led the league in any passing category (only once led the league in sack percentage), averaged less than 4000 yards per season (mildly inflated by his 4800 yard campaign in 2021), and he got benched this year for jarrett fucking stidham. I'd say Derek Carr is a decent NFL starter, but he is not a star player.
