Hi girls. ... I'm sure Steve is proud of you guys, keep them going, hope all is going well. Still using my cast iron which has grown to several pans now, (Thanks Steve, Auntie Alice(Boston) (North East) and Fannie(Maine) cast iron stove/wood). For the pizza gurus, you can (up to you), but you can put oven on the highest setting (most commercial pizzeria set at 650+F) at 8-10 minutes. (Most homes have ovens that go to 550 ONLY. (max) with broil that cycles on and off ~525-550F, so adding a pizza stone helps, but is not needed. In fact, use your big "cast iron" pan, turn on broil, and prepare pizza dough/topping in cast iron. Then, depending on your dough (did you raise it once, twice or go right into oven?? (All three (3) give you various pizza crusts.) you can determine what you and your loved ones love the best. Experiment. It's your creation. ❤️✨
