Lol couple of videos ago someone said practically the same thing about him playing against elves... Maybe just accept different people enjoy different decks, it's cardboard to begin with not bungee jumping

Hey LVD, what are your thoughts on Chalice of the Void as a 4-of main deck? AspiringSpike says this is a good shell for the card if you have 4 Cavern of Souls and 4 Allosaurus Shepherd. It seems great in the current state of Timeless Edit: Leaf-crowned visionary would be my choice to cut since Bowmasters is so common

Definitely something to consider. Still feels a little clunky without a way to cast it on turn one. There’s a few decks that can still beat it without too much effort, so feels more like a sideboard card to me at the moment.

A one of rec sage for those rare enchantment/artifact decks would probably be advisable. Tutor with natural order if needed

Would definitely have some in the 75. Outside of Leyline Binding there aren't many commonly played targets, so I would rather keep the main deck more streamlined.

In best of 3 you want artaxa in side against burn the 7/7 lifelink is to much and against contro to re fill your hand when hoof doesn't have enough weenies to pump

I opened two Gisela in my pool at the AVR prerelease, unfortunately that format wasn't very hospitable to 7-drops and my deck went 2-2.

Why not attack at 31:24? There was still a chance of getting Nine Lives to 9 counters before they drew Solemnity, and 3-4 more counters is better than none. Even if they block and kill an elf, there's 6 more to finish them off next turn as long as they get bad draws.

Close call, but didn’t want to lose my draw engine or Warmaster. The plan was still to go wide and win through Nine Lives, but if we run out of steam that’s going be tricky.

imo slithers are more consistant for historic meta aggro decks
