You know I love drifting but I’m kind of amazed someone in the grid area didn’t get decked by a tire or barrel. That fence was MVP 👀 Tire barriers suck you in when you do more than a slight hit which suuuucks I’ve had one or two run ins with them over the years 😅

For sure! That’s what happened earlier in the day. Flying drum hit a course worker and broke his arm. That’s what got the media going to begin with.

Yeah. Sucks. I know that they try to make it as safe as possible, but we know the risks when we go. The dude that got hit isn’t mad. It was a missed red flag. I’ve missed flags at auto-x before and gotten ripped by Marshals. I don’t think it’s ever on purpose. I almost got taken out by a barrel a few months ago. I still go to my spot. I know it’s dangerous but I like the angle there!

Thank you sir! Bought my 3rd Aoshima R33 GT-ST yesterday. The reboxing is up to ¥2600, so I can’t turn these old ones down for ¥1300! I know quite a few drift R33s I’d like to recreate.

I was thinking about adding some modeling videos to the channel when I get my table setup, or a separate modeling channel. Trying to build the cars I’ve actually filmed here. The fact that models could be considered “toys” and this whole COPPA thing is kinda worrying me, but it will probably get sorted out before I proceed.
