Hello everyone, hope you all are doing well. This time we make a new hatchet handle from Siamese rosewood for a vintage Plumb Boy Scout Axe. We did it into an octagonal handle with my dad's style, The handle has a delicate curve in Thai style. Anyway, we would like to tell you this is not a practical axe, we intend to make it for collection and display as a work of art. We would like to introduce art in the form of axes or woodwork. You know sir, id like to see all the tools that you use regularly! I want to get into carving myself. Do you have any suggestions on where to start?

The main equipment that we use on a regular basis is a hand saw, wood rasps, a large knife, a workpiece holder (makes work more convenient), a grinder (not necessary but helps to keep the fine details on the edges well). We use the equipment we have. Finally, with effort and patience, do it slowly and it will be fine. Hope it helps.🙏🙏🥰🥰
