That looks like a great system to take to the race track. Have your cooler, radio and tools all in one little package. In going to look into this

Oh yeah! It's the ultimate rolling stack of necessaries!

I have been a repairman since 1973. I bought my first Craftsman tool set for $29.95 it included a metal toolbox. I am still buying Craftsman tools. Good tools Good guarantee and affordable.

I have a ton of T-Stak and VersaStak boxes. As a Finish Carpenter, I'm really happy with them. I bought this socket too since it fits with my boxes and for fixing things here and there on my truck and trailer it definitely fit the bill.

Love the videos and am so happy to see some Craftsman love!

I got this for Christmas

This is the set that I keep in both of my pickup trucks and I love it. I do prefer dewalt bits myself but there kits also fit on this set

I just bought the 3 box Versa stack mobile station with the organizer from Lowes for $79! For a DIY guy, this was a no brainier. I'm looking to add that mechanica tool set to my kit. Great video .

It would make a perfect combo with the tstak cart

I really enjoy my VERSASTACK system. It enabled me to store all my power tools in one space. I was able to get rid of all the individual cases I had. It would be cool if Craftsman would sell an empty case where we could fill it with our current legacy tools. That would make it a versatile addition. But, one always needs more sockets.

The do make them! Several styles... one that has drawers with movable dividers, others with small movable bins inside... check them out!

@@chris I think that Craftsman and Milwaukee (Packout tool sets) are killing it right now. These two companies offer a convenient way to carry a few [traditional] hand tools for the everyday Tradesman (plumber, electrician, remod guy).

The vertical organization pattern is clean, visually flawless, super aesthetic, love that Craftsman tool set.

I’m tempted to get the classic red craftsman tool box but that stack system is pretty sweet.

I found this video in my suggested I watched and went to subscribe and realized I’m already subscribed

I was in Lowe's yesterday and I spotted the VERSASTACK display and I was impressed. I have a Lowe's gift card to spend and I found what I want and need. I want the VERSASTACK organization units and the mechanics tool kit inside the 3 drawer unit. Glad I went by Lowe's.

I ended up buying this set up after watching this video. The only thing I don't like is that for some odd reason, Craftsman used a different quality of locking tabs for the rachet/socket set. The regular Versastack locking tabs are black and made of thick plastic. The tabs on the rachet/socket set are thinner flimsy plastic. If you stack a medium box on top, it won't lock correctly.

I have it and noticed that, too. If you rock it side to side, the tabs will release. The tabs are disappointing, but the kit is great. I just mount it on top of my stack, and have the bit storage on top of it.

I bought the Craftsman versastack nylon tool bag to go on top and throw extra tools the mechanic's set doesn't have, ie: hammer, pliers, strippers, etc., even a cordless impact. Then use the bag handles to tote the whole she-bang around. No doing. The aforementioned red tabs DO NOT HOLD onto anything above the tool set that could carry its own weight. A good jiggle side-to-side will dislodge the tool set and send it crashing to the ground! Fine for add-on packs where the whole assy is on wheels but not safe for carrying around. :-( I'm going to look into a work-around or an upgraded tab.

That craftsman set is pretty slick. What’s your thoughts on the versastack vs the Milwaukee packout mechanics set?

That radio is one of the most amazing boom boxes I've ever heard. It is a must-buy IMHO!

I have one and I love it. Only complaint for me is the drawers are starting to sag and get bound up. Fits under that back seat of my truck though

I wanted the drawers on tracks. My older set the drawers sag too so I know what you mean

The quality what I have seen compared to the Pack-Out system is a bit lacking but if the price is enough lower I could see trying it out. I may need a 2nd pack stack for my daughter and she doesn't need a setup like mine

Just ordered one should be here Thursday was disappointed to find out that drill bit case that fits on top is sold out everywhere... And yes it does snap into the T-stack system by DeWalt, I have the two drawer units and the single drawer units, as well as the organizer ...and I think the Craftsman and DeWalt are exactly the same except for different colors. It's basically exactly the same...

Craftsman and Dewalt are part of the same company, Stanley Black & Decker. Irwin (also a S,B&D Co.) also has drill bit kits that connect to the Versastack/ TSTAK system.

Only thing I don’t care for is the 1/2 sockets are all 12 point for some reason, but for $99 it’s not a deal breaker.

Wish I could buy the cases only and just fill it with my dads old 50 year old craftsman tools. Not the new Stanley Craftsman.

Can you tell me the side bit set model #? The ones that will fit on either side of the toolbox.

I am really pleased if you could tell me the price of the tool box please .

Something else to mention, it is also fully compatible with DeWALT's TSTAK System!

Pick one of the bad boys up today.

$100! My local shop is selling this for $250 now.

The tool kit is not bad if you can pick one up for $99.

Why don't you offer a ALL-METRIC set? SAE is useless to me.

Most likely, yes. Everything is in there in a tight space so you'd just have to re-arrange things once you settled it back down.

Heavy... I have a single drawer in my toolbox that weights around 500 lbs... well all the stuff in it weighed 500 lbs together

Do you know if the (DWMT73804) Stake on this? Or the cmmt12030? I can't find anything

Yes. It is compatible with the Dewalt TSTAK system. Craftsman is owned by the same company.

Saw a review some of the tools in this were of uneven in thickness.

I have this set and u gotta tell you it's a nice set and all my sockets are the same. Only thing I didn't like is the 12 point sockets on the half inch drive. Doesn't make sense. Should all be 6 point

Very nice, until someone forgets to return a ratchet or socket or whatever and then it's incomplete.

I dont like the tool set because the drawers are not on tracks like the 2 drawer stackable organizer. I'm going to try to convert the 2 drawer to hold my sockets

I didn't see much extra space .

Am I the only one that thinks 1/2” drive 12pt sockets are a bad idea? Lol, this would honestly prevent me from buying that set of tools.
