CRAFTSMAN 5" Random Orbital Sander Review, Overview, and Features! (CMEW231)
In this video, I'll be giving a brief overview and review of the Craftsman Random Orbital Sander - Model CMEW231. I'll also demonstrate some of its features, and compare it to the previous orbital sander that I owned. This is not the battery operated model (CMCW220), however both should work very similarly (minus the cable). And if you're interested in purchasing one, feel free to use the links below:

Thanks, a lot of reviews don't cover dust and shop vac concerns.
Hi everyone! What was most helpful about this video? What else would you like to have seen? What would help this comparison?
mine takes forever to remove material, what grit do you use

Depends on the material! But in most cases, if I notice the material's fairly rough, I'll start with a low grit like 80 or 100. Then I'll do 150, and end at around 220 (which tends to be a good grit to finish on)
Rockler has flexible hose fittings that will fit the Craftsman!

The dust collection makes all the difference! My old sander used to make a big mess!
My craftsman isn't collecting dust, it's just storing it inside the sander and when I place it down it just dumps out the holes or side and it's so annoying, it worked fine for like 2 days

Oh man, I'm really sorry to hear that. I think they have a one year warranty. Craftsman's warranty team is solid, you should try reachinf out.
