It wasn't crazy fast, but I acquired things over time, so it wasn't ridiculous either. It is so worth it for everything to have a place!

OMG.. wowzer..were kindred spirits. I so enjoyed your video. I sent your video to my friends. I have watched countless room tour videos and you are the winner hands down. I could picture myself hanging out and crafting with you. in your room. I was a dedicated scrapper and now I faith journal along with cards as that is my ministry. Thank you so much. I love that you painted your ikea mini racks......I have mine in my design studio.......I need some more for my craft studio...... I have two separate area in my home......my design studio is where I design custom garments and I also have a craft studio where I enjoy some quiet time journaling and paper crafting. I really am enjoying your invites to see all that you do and share here. 🌹

Your craft room is absolutely beautiful. So beautifully organized, I love how your husband made the space for your laptop and the shelves for PL and album.

Love your clever desk “situation“! I’m currently trying to organize my craft room! You gave me some ideas. I have an Ikea kivik chaise I’m determined to fit into the room for embroidering and some laptop time. But I also want the most table top area I can fit!

I was all about the most desk surface possible. It's really a mash up of pieces, but works great for my space.

I used to be in the basement as well! Orientating the desk near the window was my first priority when moving to this space.

That would be my Happy Place too. If it was in my house. I have a room full of giant toats and all kinds of stuff I am planning on turning into my craft room ASAP. I had one many many years ago. At least 20 yrs ago. I loved it. Your room is great. TYFS

Your grandmother's sewing machine!!! Girl, that looks like a vintage singer featherweight. Don't let someone talk you into selling that, get it serviced by a reputable featherweight service person & get familiar with with this machine. It's a dream to sew/quilt on. Enjoyed your video.

Love your extensive collection, love of color and tidiness! I have the same tall Ikea shelf unit. I aspire to have an organised room like this one day. Til then I just have scrap card in color-order in a big old tatty metal filing cabinet.

Wow! Great space and organization. I just tore apart my craft room to redo it. Since I only live in a one bedroom apartment I turned the BR into my studio and the LR into a sort of studio apartment with bed, couch and all the other stuff. Right now most of my art and craft supplies have been packed into boxes and totes and are filling a lot of space in there too until I get proper arrangement of major pieces planned out. Thanks for the inspiration. I think I’ll be watching this again with a notebook to jot down the things that might work for me. Love that card catalog BTW

I'm always so happy when I see people repurposing rarely used rooms in their house into their favorite room in the house. That's what I did too. I do a lot of Bible journaling, mixed media, etc. I'd love to see your Bible journaling...how about a flip through of your Bibles? You have spent a ton of time on them and they look beautiful! Oh my goodness.....your yellow book “The Junior Instructor Book 2” I just bought the Book 1, which is green, to make a lapbook out of it. I live just outside Dallas and we have a place not far that does a big trade days the 3rd weekend of the month and the lady sold it to me for $2.00. I can’t wait to use it. Your room is fabulous!

Your Craft room is just darling! I love it! I am in the process of remodeling/reorganizing my room which is about the same size as yours. Sometimes it can be hard to start! I highly encourage you to just jump in and go for it. Also, you might consider working in a traveler's notebook if starting out in a Bible seems overwhelming!
