Hi Ardyth! The best part of your space is the wooden stamp that reads "Jesus is the Reason for the Season." So organized, and everything is very well laid out. Love the fingertip reach. BTW ... I agree, this kind of space is a pilgrimage and changes from time to time. Thanks for sharing a piece of YOU. Blessed crafting! 😊

Thanks for sharing! I definitely got a few ideas. Love that your space is a delightful hodge podge of things bought for purpose and things you repurposed from elsewhere.

OK, I've heard a lot, but on top of the DRYER?! Wow, that's devotion! lol! But I've also noticed that a lot of beautiful work comes from very small, makeshift workspaces! I'm glad you have a more comfortable location to create in now - thanks so much for watching!
🤩 Whoa! Will you look at that?! So organized with all that natural light pouring in. 😊 Whew... that’s a lot of work. Time to get busy and clutter with creative projects. Yay!

Love your space and that you have tried and true favourites even if they aren’t the “latest”, it’s so easy to get caught up in the rush of new releases. My space is a work in progress, just when I feel I have it worked out it changes again which is actually wonderful, it keeps my creative energy flowing 😊

As a DT member, I definitely get caught up in new releases! LOL! But I also hold onto things that work for me, whether they are trendy or not. I hear you on 'work in progress' - even since I filmed this, I've moved a couple of things around. I'm always searching for the 'perfect' solution, but I'm sure it has to evolve over time! Thanks so much for watching!

There's something to be said about being organized, it's a great feeling and besides, it doesn't take you as long to put together a card. Now if my work table would just stay uncluttered and not serve as everyone's pile spot. Lol 🤣🤣🤣 I enjoyed the tour. God bless you Ardyth ❤ XOXO

Thanks. Your craft room is attainable. I like seeing others use items that are repurposed. I have a clip board lined with tin foil for my embossing. Thanks for watching! I've built this room up over the past 14 years. Your clip board idea is similar to my shoebox lid lined with foil - I love it - saves my fingers and reduces warping!

I have the same trimmer that you do. I also absolutely love mine :) I enjoyed seeing your room since we have similar supplies specific to cardmaking. Awesome space! I love all the organization. IKEA has definitely helped organize my craft room as well. lol I have the Alex drawers, but the ones that are used to top with a desktop. I really like the squatty set. That could hold a lot. I still have my wooden stamps, but have them in the roller IRIS drawer carts. Every spring I purge more and more, especially since I seem to acquire more clear stamps and dies. I love my Raskogs.

Thank you so much for the GREAT IDEAS that I got from you when putting together my first craft room this past year. Although my Hubby did most of the hard work in remodelling our third bedroom into my craft room I got some really AMAZING ideas from watching your video! I use a marble wine holder for my heat gun, I have the three drawer dresser(it was mine when I was a baby as well as all of our children’s dresser when they were babies as well)that holds my Gemini & all it’s plates, foiling plate & foils. I also have a wooden tray that holds my pastes, gels & sprays. I use an metal lid holder to hold my Misti, score board & Fisker’s paper trimmer but I might have to get one of the blue holders like you have on the lazy Susan because that would help with being able to reach items better. I so wish you desk wasn’t discontinued because it would be fabulous to have in my room! LoL! Thank you for all the suggestions! You were such a help to setting up my space! God Bless & the Love of Christ to you & yours!!

Hey Ardyth, LOVE your studio! My faves are the wine bottle holder for the heat gun, your homemade light diffusers and repurposed/recycled storage and furnishings. I'm all about the re, except when it comes to buying sets of certain consumable fine art supplies, then I'm as green as I can manage. Ultimately, it's where the individual artist is at in themselves and what's accessible and affordable in these crazy times. Lotsa love from Louisiana.

Thank you for sharing your wonderful space. Your room is organized and uncluttered, just like your designs. 👍🏻👍🏻. I thought I was fairly organized, but now I realize I just have too much stuff. 😱😱😱. LOL. Especially patterned paper, which I really don’t use that much. Time to purge big time.

True confession - I have A LOT of stuff in our basement that I've 'purged' but not gotten out the door yet! LOL! Plus old storage solutions that worked at one point and may work again, some day! But I found if I have too much stuff around me, I start to feel claustrophobic and unable to be creative. Organizing the basement (or as I call it, the 'shadow craft-room'! LOL!) is one of my 2020 to-dos.... Thanks so much for watching, Kristine!

Great room and great ideas, so thanks for sharing. I'm curious to know why you have 3 sets of the blending brushes? Do you have one set for dye inks, one for pigments, etc? And, did you have to drill holes in the stickler holders you use to hold the blending brushes to accommodate the handles? Your way of storing them, standing up and right in front of you is the best way I've seen yet, as my desk wouldn't have the space for the spinning holder that you can purchase separately. Love it! Happy New Year, Cheers! 😊

Thank you so much!
Wow!.. You are scary organized..lol! I’m suffering from organizational envy. I have a whole bedroom also, but it’s NOTHING like yours. Very nice! Great ideas

Haha! It's what I need to be able to work. (and it's pretty messy right now!) Lots of beautiful work comes from less-organized spaces - we all have to do what works for us. I'm glad you found it useful - thanks so much for watching!
Your craft room is amazing
