Wow! Love your craft room! Love, love the idea of a light under the desk! On my storage units - I use for labels: is clear name badges with the pin removed and a dab of E6000 glue on back. If you can find the clear notebook labels at the Dollar Tree - those are the best. That way I can just change out the paper label if I move items into other drawers. Wowwww. I look for videos like these when I feel like my own art supplies are getting out of hand. Seeing this makes me feel better.

I worked for years with people with brain injuries that made it difficult to remember where items were stored ! So we developed two memory aids, we numbered the areas, made a a clear list, (number 1 contains writing supplies) and we also, made maps showing an area, (a sewing room, detailing where like items were kept! Blessed and safe days!

Oh my gosh, can I please live in your craft room? I'll be a very quiet guest, just looking around in awe! So well thought through and pretty at the same time! Just wonderful!

I have a craft room but it’s been used as a storage room for a few years. My goal is to clean it and redo it this year so these ideas will be really helpful!

Amazing room! Looks as big as my first apartment years ago. LOL I use the upside down marker trick, it really works. I also do the paint trick, so much easier to find the color. Some day I will be this organized but at 68 that's a big accomplishment. I be do like the system of buckets to keep current projects wrangled.

OMGOODNESS your craft space is amazing!!!!! I could admire it all day! I work out of my dinning room in my apartment. As for the cabinets, I would lable them but in white to keep a clean look but only if I was keeping something in them permit. I like the sticky note idea best if you're not going to keep them.

I like having the sticker inside the cubbies. Keeps the outside with a clean look nut once you open it you see a list of what you have in there. I use kind of the same idea with my sticker books

I am absolutely in LOVE with how you organized your craft room! I wish I had more space to be able to have my own craft room so I can organize my stuff that I have! I think having things more organized like how you have everything is great to do so you can find things a lot faster, and it jus looks a lot nicer too.
