Mobile home in a park..worst rainy season in yrs..started w large hole dug out under new fence park put in...then holes from roof we were not aware of. Most large pest companies won't come in to a Mhp for inspection or to treat. Exclusion expert estimated $1000 and another $2500 for roof. Pest guy set old school larger rat mousetraps...got two trap shy ones..we got 5 in our victor hd metal bar traps-the best btw instant kill...neither type are humane and mousetrap ones cause a struggle, rat flinging around for several minutes. Finally closed all holes all digging cracks inside outside. Used 5 tubes of caulk 6 foam big gap and 3 steel wool rolls a wifi camera.. Unbelievable the stress time spent discussing researching disposing resetting. Never live in a mhp! We literally had rats digging holes under house hanging out then running across/up our windows, siding to get up to roof..flipping nightmare..3 months later..we are rat free, continue to check daily. Best thing is to put mesh then concrete around entire house perimeter or wire mesh then landscaping bricks & tar-ing roof

How do you seal the tunnels? Especially if they're barely starting to appear.

I am having this issue. Rats are doing tunnels all around the house. They killed two big trees. They destroyed the roots that are on they way.

agree that bird food is happy meal for rats. That said, laurel hedge berries, various fruit, nut trees, compost, dog, cat food etc. all feed rats. Took me 2 years to get rid of rats from house we moved into. Closing off entries and destroying habitat took awhile. My dog got over 50 rats and buried each one for me.

Oh my lord! I quit keeping a veg and coffee grounds compost pile, but I do still feed the birds. Two outdoor (feral) cats showed up to live with me, so I hope they pay their way. I found two dead mice in my front yard, so they must be working. I was thinking about dropping a serving of rat poison down a new hole I found (assuming it is a mouse hole) and covering it with a brick.

This is your take away, 'the volume?' tooo to many people criticizing over a faceless gutless platform. The man is putting out a video to help people, (A very good one I might add) and you go to volume. Common man....
