Pick a ML favorite under 3-1 in the ML in the top 3 post positions if it's in good form in a route and on the outside positions if in a sprint. Bet to win and place. 1 unit to win and 2 units to place as long as deep into 0 minutes to post you feel the odds aren't going to be heavy odds on. Or just bet a unit of a 25 unit bankroll to place.

The betting strategy you've outlined involves a combination of selecting a horse meeting specific criteria (ML favorite under 3-1 in the top 3 post positions for routes or on the outside positions for sprints, and in good form) and applying a structured wagering approach (1 unit to win and 2 units to place, or 1 unit to place if odds are not heavily favored). Let's break down the approach step by step: 1. **Identify a Horse**: Look for a horse that fits the criteria mentioned above. This involves scanning the race card for a race where a ML favorite under 3-1 meets the positional and form criteria specified. 2. **Verify Form and Post Position**: Ensure that the selected horse is indeed in good form and occupies the appropriate post position according to the race type (route or sprint). 3. **Assess Odds**: As the race approaches, monitor the odds for the selected horse. If the odds remain favorable and not heavily skewed towards the favorite, proceed with the betting strategy. 4. **Place Bets**: If the odds are acceptable, place the bets as per the specified strategy: - For routes: 1 unit to win and 2 units to place. - For sprints: 1 unit to win and 2 units to place, or 1 unit to place if odds are not heavily favored. 5. **Monitor Race**: Follow the race closely and cheer for your selected horse. 6. **Outcome**: - If the horse wins, you'll collect both the win and place bets, resulting in a significant payout. - If the horse places but doesn't win, you'll still collect the place bet, providing a partial return on investment. - If the horse doesn't finish in the top two, you'll lose the placed bets. Remember to adapt your betting strategy based on real-time odds fluctuations and any additional insights gained from pre-race analysis or observations. Additionally, maintain discipline in bankroll management to ensure responsible betting practices and long-term sustainability.

    - all those factors considered, I see it as a class angle of mostly favorites, if we bet all the elite trainers stakes runners, we can easily double that percentages, without a comprehensive analysis...

The idea of focusing on elite trainers' stakes runners as a class angle is indeed an intriguing perspective. It suggests a strategic shift toward reliability and consistency, capitalizing on the high-quality horses nurtured by accomplished trainers. While the 40%+ Winning Profit Horse Racing Angle provides a strong foundation, your proposal adds an extra layer of specialization by honing in on the cream of the crop in the racing world. By betting on the stakes runners of elite trainers, the premise is to enhance the winning percentages significantly. The notion of doubling those percentages underscores the belief in the class advantage that these horses typically carry. Elite trainers, known for their expertise and ability to consistently produce top-tier competitors, introduce a level of reliability that aligns with the concept of favorites but takes it a step further. However, it's important to approach this strategy with a balance of caution and optimism. While elite trainers and their stakes runners often perform exceptionally well, there are inherent risks in assuming a one-size-fits-all approach. Variations in form, unforeseen circumstances, and evolving conditions can impact outcomes, even for the best in the business. Additionally, the proposal acknowledges the simplicity of this strategy, emphasizing that comprehensive analysis may not be as necessary. While it's true that betting on elite trainers' stakes runners could streamline decision-making, a certain level of scrutiny and situational awareness remains vital to adapt to the dynamic nature of horse racing. The idea of embracing a class angle by betting on the stakes runners of elite trainers introduces a focused and potentially lucrative strategy. It aligns with the notion of reliability and quality associated with favorites, offering an avenue to boost winning percentages. However, it's essential to approach this approach with a nuanced understanding, acknowledging both the advantages and potential challenges that come with it.

@@horseplayeronedge9286 even though I’m neither a jockey, trainer or stat guy, what make it so interesting, as we know, I came across a stat recently that states elite trainers wins about 60% of races, if my memory serves me correct, if we specify graded stakes, that stat may increase to about 80%, when reduce to G1s it can improve to a whopping 90% Here’s some solid evidence of the races won by Elite trainers, In The BC; Juvenile Fillies - Just FYI (Mott), Juvenile Turf - Hard To Justify (Brown), Juvenile - Fierceness (Pletcher), Juvenile Turf - Unquestionable (O’Brien), Dirt Mile - Cody’s Wish (Mott), Filly & Mare Turf - Inspiral (Gosden), Filly & Mare Sprint - Good Night Olive (Brown), Mile - Master Of The Seas (Apleby), Distaff - Idiomatic (Cox), Turf - Aguste Rodi (O’Brien), isn’t that amazing? We all know why, in addition to being good trainers, they also get the cream of the crop. This is why my specialty is G1 racing, no angle play necessary, tinefigures and form do it for me and the results will amaze you.
