It doesn't happen often and Judge Mike Schneider was not reelected after giving this sanction.

Perjury is a serious crime if a ordinary citizen commits perjury it is jail time if you are CPS it is party time.

I wish the news would cover a lot more stories because these type of cases happen all the time and destroys lots of families.

1. I haven't met one CPS caseworker yet who actually has biological children of their own if they do have children they are usually infants and surprise surprise that infant was taken from a client 2. A year-and-a-half after I moved from California to Arizona with permission from the Southern California District Attorney he had my address I was a protected party so is my daughter because my former husband tried to attack me in open court after he strangled me so the judge issued the restraining order on him so Scott Marshall a year-and-a-half later decided that he was going to go into the District Attorney's office and cry his crocodile tears and say that I kidnapped our daughter Robin which I did not do or I'd probably still be in jail oh trust me they tried to throw me in jail so what's interesting is a cop from Burbank California flew to Mesa Arizona and without due process or even a court hearing in Arizona where I had been domiciled for over a year-and-a-half with my child those sons of b****** took my three-year-old and flew her back to California where they finally looked at their paperwork and realize that they could not just hand my daughter over to the abusive father because there's a restraining order against him so she was put in foster care Robin wouldn't eat or sleep she thought she had been kidnapped and they at first would not let me even speak to her but when a couple days went by and she refused to play ball they made me talk to her and they told me beforehand that I needed to tell her that they were good people and everything was okay or else pretty much so I did that and it got worse from there those people kept me in court longer than my statue of limitations to sue just so that they wouldn't get sued they charged me with failure to protect Robin from her father Scott Marshall and he was the person that apparently I was failing to protect her from G I moved from California to Arizona that's pretty far I didn't know anybody in Arizona I picked up and left with my kid to stay safe and look at what they did and then they kept me in court for 5 years and they let my criminal ex-husband in Pro per basically do whatever he wanted say whatever he wanted he had the criminal record not me I was the victim of domestic violence from him not the other way around he won custody I had to go to court back and forth and to see my daughter for 5 years from Mesa Arizona to Torrance California I don't know anybody that would do that every other week I went there twice a month without fail well he won custody and about two months later he broke his current wife's arm and went on the run from the cops through three counties in Southern California and lo and behold I was ordered to obtain full legal custody in Family Court and leave the state with my child there are not words to express how much I despise these people and trust me this is ruined my family my daughter and I will never be closed because of this plus she has seen what CPS and other supposedly well-meaning people have done to me so when she turned into a teenager she did it too so I did all of that for nothing because I let her go live with my relatives in California because I was not going to have some kid threatening me because I wasn't going to let her have sex or stay out all night that's CPS this is what CPS is done and trust me I hate them I hate them there are no words to express how much I hate those sons of b******

The entire CPS & family court system is a criminal fraud operated at taxpayer expense. No surprise you said Mesa Arizona: the child traffickers own and operate Maricopa County and the Mormon Church is neck deep in it. Then there's the L.A. area. The epicenter of amoral casting couch (even for kids) materialistic pleasure-centered everything is an acting job I got mine chuck you farley culture created by Hollywood. Evil shit can happen anywhere, but there are places where evil shit is actually the norm. And you named two of those places.

@@DavidJohnson-xr2rz even though I won in court that just means that I lost less and I was just appalled at the amount of crimes committed and my civil rights violated by these people not to mention my daughter's civil rights it cost me literally a fortune and if I had not been able to spend every cent of my savings and my family put for thousands and thousands of dollars I probably would have never seen my daughter again and I had no criminal record and I never tested positive for any drugs I passed all of their sites tests but because they screwed up and took my child with no due process which I still can't believe that happened but it did so they made sure to keep me in court and make me jump through all their stupid hoops and tell my statute of limitations for suing was over they almost completely destroyed my relationship with my daughter throughout this whole mess being in court will age you faster than anything I make you despondent Jaden bitter depressed you name it that's what happens so as a result of this my daughter and consequently my two stepdaughters saw how I was treated by everyone in the system and now they treat me like I'm a total loser as well

@@shanonlynn thank you so much for your sympathy if you haven't been in that situation you just don't understand it and I am very sorry that it happened to you as well I feel so powerless about the situation my relationship with my daughter was pretty much destroyed from the moment I had to go to court for years and years and I didn't get to spend a lot of time doing normal mommy things with her because I was always going to their stupid flipping classes and meetings and psych evaluations and drug tests and classes I couldn't even keep a normal job during this time and the only reason why I even got full custody at the end was I had some money and my family helped me out but also my ex went on the run from the police in Southern California with our daughter in the car while he was drunk and he had just beaten up his current girlfriend and even then they acted like he should still keep her it's so ass-backwards Arizona is a little bit better than California big California is the biggest nightmare I've ever dealt with

So they kept working to remove the children again? Unbelievable.

That's nothing. My (at the time) 8 year old daughter had severe headaches from the age of two to eight years old. She had Bronchitis and migraine headaches for over 6 years. We took her to the worlds leading premier children's Hospital in the USA. The one thing she always had (almost since birth) was huge swollen Tonsils. After 10 days of every test known to medicine (but two that were deemed too dangerous to do on a 8 year old child) they said there was nothing wrong with her. "But what about her swollen Tonsils that make her talk funny?" We don't take out tonsils anymore. No matter how bad. So they decided that I was causing Munchausen By Proxy and they were going to take our other three children away from us if I didn't agree to come to Boston twice a week for two years to learn that huge tonsils were normal on a 8 year old child. That their testing (on the day of discharge) showed that there was nothing wrong with her. Against their advice, we legally took her home. Three hours later, we had a throat culture done. She was DX'ed with a roaring Strep Throat. That was the end of that. I had a customer in my business that was a Pediatric Neurologist who later became (after she retired) the President of the AAP/American Academy of Pediatrics. She said to get someone to take her tonsils out. We did. She is now in her 50's. There are a lot of abused children out there. There are also a lot of abused parents out there too. The worst abusers are never charged or prosecuted. Only the really innocent.

Children's Hospital is a nationwide chain, and there's a lot of circumstantial evidence that they work hand in glove through a kickback system with CPS to do "medical kidnaps".

ALWAYS sue the CPS!

Anytime you answer cps questions you no longer have any rights. The minute you have a question for them they will certainly take your children and make you out to be an abusive neglectful parent. We all know the type of people who get their children taken away...right... Psy Ops becomes the name of their game and your children the currency.

The CPS "case worker" needs to be sued!

If they have done it once they have done it before. When they are not reprimanded for wrong doing when the serve the state that gives the a sense of entitlement and above the law. It also shows that if they can lie why can't everyone else. Ppl that serve at a government level, protection, or service of any kind should be held at a higher standard. When those standards are not met then punishment and loss of job is necessary. You want the ppl to trust the government again ? Then making those accountable is a must. CPS paying them is more so they won't sue and make a huge ordeal it is not addressing the wrong of the individuals involved in mistreatment. Just putting the children and parents through more stress than absolute necessity causes trauma for all involved. For what it was worth to CPS ,some sort of profit or leverage is undeniably against the law

Payment AND the public in Texas wants to know exactly WHY those CPS people are still in their jobs.

Anyone from saint Louis Missouri and knows anyone who is willing to help this is similar to my husband and I they lied to take them we took our son in cause we thought he had a seizure nope wasn’t a seizure the doctors stated nothing traumatic happened he had fluid and a little blood on his brain from birth and our youngest was 4 months at the time stated everything will be fine then they take us up to the PICU and said he had 3 fractures and never showed us the MRIs or CAT scab I had to wait a long time to get them found out through his medical records and his scans that there were no fractures yet they took all of our children our kids were beat on hurt by these people the people that hurt or kids didn’t get in trouble we called the police they did nothing and said t was nothing they can do these people starved our kids our babies lost weight they drugged our youngest with KEPPRA when he never had a seizure or wasn’t even diagnosed with seizures they lied and fraudulent made papers up and we have all the proof papers and all and everyone keeps quitting our case DJOs caseworkers GALs Lowe haven’t had our children since May of this year they stated September 9th that they found the allegations to be true and we never hurt any of our kids they didn’t even have evidence to say we abused and neglected our kids and I told them were is the proof the evidence and they didn’t say a word our public defenders are working with them and they lied on our court dates when they canceled it and not to mention they made my husband and I have separate public defenders and we are MARRIED ! These people have ruined our home our children and we been fighting the GOD FIGHT IF FAITH AND JESUS IS WITH US WE NOT GIVING UP GOD IS ON OUT SIDE WE HAVE THE VICTORY THIS IS OUR TESTIMONY!!!! And we all need to speak out what these people have done cause this is sick that they traffic our children through foster home for money each kids is worth 2-4 thousand and if they adopt them out they pay them an extra 2 thousand and this is just sick and no one is doing nothing about t here so many families here in Missouri is suffering because of these people !! JESUS IS IN CONTROL HE IS ALL WE HAVE THATS WHY MY HUSBAND AND I TRUSTING IN GOD BOT NO LAWYERS OR ANYONE ELSE CAUSE WE TRIED AND NO ONE WILL TAKE OUR CASE SO WE ARE TRUSTING IN THE LORD THEY GID JESUS CHRIST FATHER IN HEAVEN ABOVE US ALL !!!

And your so right sister the devil only comes for those who work for Jesus and who serves Jesus I know God has s and it’s crazy cause u had a dream and my husband that our kids got taken and we got lied on everyone was against us and sure enough it did happen just like our dreams it’s crazy how God shows us things before it happens I knew it was going to happen cause e kept telling me and saying I need to be prepared cause it’s going to happen and so I got myself together and I know God is bringing them back to us even when Jesus come back we going to have them regardless of this evil crooked world God is on our side not theirs God is good got to KEEP FAITH SISTER !

The money involved is far, far more than you realize. The bonuses for kidnapping the child and for selling the child into adoption are just the tip of the iceberg. There the enormous amounts of money they get for physically possessing the child (esp. payments for foster care not that it should be characterized as "care"), the vast sums they can squeeze from Medicad by harming the child, and the money they can make "under the table" by renting the child to drug companies for medical experiments or renting the child out for sex. There are even worse things, since with CPS there is no oversight so they can do anything no matter how horrific and they'll not only be zero risk of prosecution, they'll be protected by the police and courts up to and including the FBI which is neck deep in child trafficking.

I worked there as investigator for 26 years and I have seen Supervisors and Program Directors manipulate the facts.

They try to send the kids to a relative because 1)they don't need to fund a foster family if they use a relative and 2)it's easier to adopt a child out from a relative than a foster family that's getting paid to house the child.

Accidents happen. Anybody knows that when you have children, accidents will happen. I'm so happy that our pediatrician isn't DCFS happy. My daughter broke her ankle twice in 3 months. The second time it happened was because the orthopedic surgeon took her cast off way too soon, and didn't put her in a boot. The second time it happened, she was jumping around at school. If that would have happened anywhere else, DCFS would have been called. I feel for families that have to endure this type of pain. You have people calling you a child abuser, when you're not. Then they put children in the hands of dangerous people.

And that judge was not reelected smfh.

And when you realy need them they never show up same here in australia

Kauffman county cps kidnap my kids never had a judge sign a warrant they had it signed by a notary never did they do anything by the book. The allegations where false still kept my kids

I REALLY want to know how the bavy got that bad of a injury. I know it was a fall but how? Did he fall from a shopping cart? Did mom or dad drop him by accident? I mean he was just 5 months old. Babies at 5 months are still very much swaddled and still considered new. Even though he is considered a infant at this age Vs a newborn.

All three of my boys crawled at 3 months they started pulling up and coasting along the furniture at 5 like any parent I've sat my kids up on the sofa or a chair next to me and you take one second to look away and they've tumbled off it just depends on what kind of flooring you have and it looked like they had pretty hard flooring

All 4 of my children and my oldest grandson were crawling like speed-racers at 5 month's old and They were also standing at that age. They were also all walking by 8 months so I completly understand how the baby got injured at that age.

Whenever you have this kind of story being posted on KZread, there are certain categories of trolls who show up. We see the Joanna Sanchez type show up time and time again. When you first run into them, it's easy to think they're on the CPS payroll. And sometimes they are. But we've all known people like that who are just like that, has nothing to do with CPS. Just yesterday I had to warn a CPS victim about the different kinds of trolls and how they work. They'd overwhelmed her and she had no idea what a snakepit was out there awaiting her. The ones whom I recognize as being "on the job", I usually encourage them to keep posting because "the criminals always confess". They're out in public revealing what they're up to, proudly.
