It was refreshing to see both parents asking for help, both parents accepting Jo's advice, criticisms, and solutions. Usually there's at least one parent who will fight Jo on something but neither of these ones did. They listened to her. It shows how much they wanted to improve, how much they loved their children and wanted to fix things. So refreshing to see parents like this.

Yeah the parents are just as to blame
Let Dylan spend 10 minutes with MY mom. I remember, too, when we got our computer hooked up to the Internet (Dial-up lol), I was in Junior High. My mom warned me from day one NEVER to give out my name, my age, my location, my phone number…all of that. It’s advice that has stayed with me. I was much more familiar with the Internet than my parents - even my mom, who was in Data Processing. She would stand behind me when I was online and read what I was saying and looked to see what I was doing. It drove me CRAZY when I was these kids’ ages, but I understood why she did it. I never mouthed off because she would have IMMEDIATELY unplugged the computer/Internet and taken the cords.
It’s really great Jo has dedicated her life to help folks
I can tell these parents really tried and give the best to their kids. So painfull to see the kids take it al for granted

The kids have never known anything different. They only know what we teach them!! This is why teaching kids about people less fortunate and teaching them to appreciate what they have is incredibly important!! Think about it, they go to school with, socialize with, spend time with all people who have similar as them. How do they know who those people who have less are? That they're not all just addicts and "bad people"(ie could never be me). These are all learning lessons.

They take it all for granted because nothing is required of them. They do not contribute to the well being of the family. Children want boundaries. It makes them feel secure knowing that someone stronger than them is in control.

Yeah amazing parenting, so you punished her (the minor, the child) for what internet grownups were putting her through and took away her privacy. So I guarantee you she learned two lessons from this. 1) She cannot trust you to tell you about dangerous situations. She knows you'll just turn around and punish her instead. 2) Methods to go about and do it behind your back. This show is dated and kids needs better parenting than this. Do better.
This supernanny should get an award for being so professional at what she does

And they’re raising daughters that will grow up to be the kind of women those men typically target. Not close with their family, insecure, they’ve not been taught how to set appropriate boundaries and bonus points: they’ve given their young girls unlimited unchecked access to abusive men online. So glad they’ve changed their ways! Hope they stuck with it after the cameras left.
My mother would've turned my 3 brothers & I inside out! The worst my dad did was tell us & I'll tell you the disappointment from dad was way worse than my momma whooping our butts LOL
To see Lexi's sweet heart moved when realizing how good she has it was so precious ❤
My favourite part is seeing Jessica show some empathy for the homeless when realizing there are less fortunate people out there.
Jo is just so good, the way she read the teenage conflict, this 30 min could be the blueprint of all parenting.
They have great kids, they just needed direction. Truly loved watching the parents accept corrections and not being defensive. I absolutely loved this episode!
Be parents, not friends. YOUR THE ADULTS!
Unbelievable at how fast those kids changed. Wonderful kids and parents.
The best episode ever! Just what parents need in these days of chaos and confusion. Jo is teaching values that are rarely seen in today's generation. Bravo!!

The most important bit was that both parents were in love and on the same page. They were not fighting with each other; so Jo had to help out only with the kids.
How do “parents” allow their children to get to this point? I mean, this does not happen overnight! They sat & watched this train wreck happen!

Kids are angry precisely because they have no limits. Lack of discipline makes them feel lost and like parents don't care enough. Plus they're bored.
