What a wonderful corner of the world you have made yours. Such a delight. 🧼🧹🧽🪣 I could just smell the strawberries and florals, lemon and rosemary and vinegar, lavender and oils. Nothing can heighten the senses more than the freshness of spring. All of your animals are so fascinated by you. I must admit, I am joyful from your videos.

So far I have made your biscuits (twice), meatloaf, gingerbread cakes, dutch oven bread, gooey cinnamon rolls (which I need to do again since I added too much flour), chocolate covered peanut butter eggs, and banana bread. I have the same CornerRuby rose tea set. I found it all at TJ Maxx and HomeGoods. Looks like they've come out with a few new pieces this year. Now, I wish I'd gotten the ceramic basket, too. I was unaware they are food safe. I just have them as decorations on my baker's rack in the dining room.

Oh, I was unaware that they might be decorative only! They don’t say otherwise and usually modern made serve ware would have a warning label 😬 I figured they were in the teacups/mug section they were usable! But maybe they aren’t… I’ll have to use my lead tests on them 😅

Another triumphant video! Such a wonderful spring feeling to the whole thing. I love how whipping up egg whites can really make something special when mixed with a few other things. I don't think I have ever eaten a flower, but I'd be willing to try! Your cats seem so sweet. Do they stay outdoors or are they indoor/outdoor cats? I would love to have outdoor cats one day (as my one son is allergic to them but loves them, and it is really only an issue when dealing with inside dander). I have been making my own cleaners for a decade now! It is so easy and healthy!

Thank you! This style of cake is actually similar to a Victoria sponge, which was a favorite cake of Queen Victoria’s (and named after her). She preferred to enjoy it with just jam in the middle but would also include whipped cream or other frostings. So it’s just making a comeback 🤗
