COVID - 19 Volleyball At Home Workout 1 | Full Body Strength
During this tough period I want to do my part to help support volleyball coaches and athletes. How I am going to do this is by providing detailed at home workouts. If you find this content helpful please share.
Todays At Home Workout…
A. Fast Feet- 5 sets, 5secs as fast as possible followed by 10secs rest
B. Pogo Jumps- 5 sets, 8 jumps, 30secs rest
C. Dynamic Block Jumps- 4 sets, 3 jumps each way, 45secs rest
D1. Lunge Iso Hold- 3 sets, 25secs per side, 20secs rest
D2. Pushups- 3 sets, 8 to 10 reps, 20secs rest
D3. Monster Walks- 3 sets, 20 steps back followed by 20 steps forward, 20secs rest
E1. Single Leg Glute Raise- 3 sets, 10 reps per side, 20secs rest
E2. Band Pull A Parts- 3 sets, 10 reps, 20secs rest
E3. Side Plank- 3 sets, 25secs per side, 20secs rest
F1. Bird Dogs- 3 sets, 5 per side, 20secs rest
F2. 1 Leg Calf Raise- 3 sets, 10 reps, 20secs rest

this is wonderful. My old workout program wasnt effective. This one is much better. I cant believe this years high school season ended. We had one of ther best teams this year and we' been doing great in terms of wins. Thank you for the video.
We have over 150 members in our volleyball club. I will be sending your link to all of them. Thank for the help. We are trying to think of as many creative things for our athletes to do while we are home bound.
We have start this system 12/2022 | Ladies 15U Club Volleyball...due to missive inflation; Strength and Agility has just gone thru the roof.. We substituted Side planks this round. Looking forward to all the training we can have. Our daughters S/A Coach...has helped out a lot with program advice. We plan on getting back with him for a three month hit to get our daughter ready for Varsity Tryouts

Thank you coach Reid for the time and attention you took to put this together. I just found your channel and have subscribed and will follow. I have a 13 year old (#girldad/Libero) who started a year ago and lost a season due to COVID. She’s lock and loaded with clinics throughout the summer however, I need to work with her conditioning, strength, quickness and jumping. I’m adopting a lot of your training and hoping to prepare her to make a higher skilled, more competitive team than she’s found herself make. She’s gritty and hustles however, the points shared earlier that she needs to work on I think are key. She’s in privates working on volleyball techniques, skills etc... This week she’s beginning beach beginners volleyball (recommended via her privates coaches) will see and fingers crossed she’s able achieve the goals she’s set for herself!
