I am a 52-year-old male I hated cats my whole life my daughter brings home a cat seven years ago I thought I was going to go nuts because there was a cat in the house but instead I fell in love with her the first time I saw her. The cat changed my life forever I Now go outside and feed the deer the birds and the squirrels any animal that comes into my yard and for my cat who I call baby I love her so much that the pecking order in my house is the cat my wife And then my kids

I’m fact there was only once there was more than 3. Obviously it’s not the same for every cat, but you’re acting like it’s impossible to spay and neuter none pregnant cats, and then regime any kittens and then spay and neuter. I wouldn’t call them “feral” anymore. I would go with “free range”

The owners said the cats were fed by the previous time owner so obviously the cats are used to humans.

We bought a foreclosure property that came with a very large feral colony. Life is not dull! All fixed and sheltered. No more babies to raise. Now we are down to 10 inside cats an 10 outside. ❤

Spay and neuter your pets people, and take care of them. This is rule 1 of pet ownership, otherwise you just let an invasive species grow out of proportion by being negligent and lazy

First off, let me clarify that I am well aware of animals that can and do get killed by cats. With that being said, I disagree with the dramatic angle that you have on it. I'm not sure if my personal experience of being a cat owner is the same as others but having had cats my entire life, I can tell you that I have never seen cats stray or owned kill animals at the rate that you are insinuating. From the way you talk, you would think there was a sea of dead birds in every cat yard. Not even close. Most of the attempts I've seen cats make, they fail to catch their prey. I'm honestly confused why some people are offended at cats being instinctual hunters. Like they're supposed to know that upsets you? Or all cat owners should keep their cats inside when they may not lawfully have to because a neighbor is appalled at mother nature? I've seen more squirrels get run over by cars. I'm not advocating animals being killed btw but I'm definitely not running outside everytime I see a stray cat try to catch a bird. Have you seen a dog kill cats? How they tear them up or grab kittens in their mouth and thrash them around? Is that worse or better than what cats do? One might say...it's an animal thing. I keep my cats Indoors. Not because of the minor threat they have to the neighborhood birds and squirrels that seem to have no problem replenishing the few they lose in battle but to the threat of their own lives. Getting hit by cars. The couple in this video are doing nothing wrong. The cats are fixed to prevent further population and maybe who knows, they might see how offended you are and invite all 16 cats into their house. Then some other internet troll will complain that they have too many animals in their house.

real estate agent: all right this house does come with sixteen stray cats if that's a problem emily and dylan: stop you had us at sixteen cats WE'LL TAKE IT

Calling them “feral” is a stretch at this point. You guys have hearts of pure gold. I love this. ❤❤ I want to come back as one of your cats.

This guys are heroes in this world - they really are. They built a first class cat hotel - a lovely warm place with cuddely beds and lots of food. It is a joy to see how the cats love their room. These cats could not have gotten any luckier with their new humans, and it seems the humans feel they go unbelievably lucky to. So happy these beautiful souls all found each other. I love that the couple is going above and beyond for these sweet felines.

What wonderful, caring people. They are the luckiest cats ever!

Cats are Genius. They make humans build houses for them and provide food. My one loves to use me as a pillow.

Those are the most domestic "feral" cats I've ever seen. It looks like 16 beautiful cuddle bugs to me. What a wonderful story. Now I'm wondering how I could get that couple to adopt me 😉

That is the sweetest thing. I can't believe all the work you guys did to help those strays! Most people would send them all to the shelter but you guys went above and beyond. These are some loving and kind people. That would be a great place to foster cats/kittens every now and then. (If you are able to let them go lol) Thank you for being such amazing individuals.

Thank you so much. These cats are blessed to have both of you. I can relate. My mom and her neighbor rescues and release cats they find. They pay out of pocket for all of their needs. Growing up I always thought she was crazy. Our home was a cat home, never our home. Now that I am older I appreciate everything she did. She gave them love and attention. I forward her this video and she started crying. You 2 saved them and didn't pish them out of their home. Continued blessing for both of you!❤

This couple is so sweet. Buying a house full of cats, taking care of them, building them their own, & even planning on upgrading it later. I want to see a video update on that upgrade. And the cats' lives of course.

They are GORGEOUS! WE did something like that, a heartless man dumped a cat fmaily on our property- we were shocked at all these kittens! We were GLAD though he picked us as we had no children, so we could afford to keep them all !!! We fixed them all kept them all indoors and 17 years later, three died of old age,, but we have the other kitty children and love them forever! Thank you forsaving these ggorgeous cats! Most people would dump the at a shelter or cemetary to live out doors, but you saved them! YAY !! SO GORGEOUS! Kim

They essentially adopted all 16 cats without regrets and then did everything in their power to care for them....if that's not love I don't know what it 💜

They are living my dream, a farm with 16 cats. I live on an acre and I take care of six ferals and I have eight indoor cats. I have built insulated and heated houses for my outdoor kids, feed them three times a day and absolutely love having them around. When I clap my hands they all come running to get fed I cannot imagine life without them. I’m so glad these people are doing these great things for those cats

I feed farrel cats and raccoons too. we have 3 indoor cats. and a mom plus I baby from a litter probably 1 year ago. then same mom had 3 more kittens next door. but then brought them here. they have all 3 stayed. now she brought her newest litter of 3. so 8 cats now live in back yard where we have a dock and lake. they live lounging in my rocking chairs on dock. snd by back door. I was doing the trap and nuerter program. its free in orlando. but I was only able to get one fixed. the others saw h I m get trapped and not another one would go in. lol. my only hope now is that there all boys. lol.

@@2afreedom60 good luck and keep up the good work. I live in North Carolina and I had to pay out of my pocket to fix about 10 cats, I also found homes for 30 kittens over the last six years. It’s been three years since I’ve had any litters thankfully. It was expensive and a lot of work but I wouldn’t change anything I love my cats and they brighten my day, every day.

These are not feral cats, they are barn cats or strays. It's important to know the difference and to avoid confusing people by naming stray cats "feral", because someone may have to deal with an actual feral cat and if they don't know what feral means, it could lead to abandonment or even worse for the cat. Ferals are also not a synonym for aggressive cats; domestic cats can be aggressive. It's a therm for cats that have not socialized with humans when growing up and therefore do not behave as domestic cats.

Can’t knock the previous owner she used to feed them but wow they took it to a whole new level 😊

Terrific story! Beautiful property and the cats are gorgeous. Thank you for giving them a safe, warm place to relax on cold winter nights.

From my knowledge and experience cats 🙀🙀🙀 are loyal,💖 compassionate, cuddly and cute. But they can be so much more than that too. They can be lifesavers, heroes, nurturers and so on 😍🐶

This story totally warmed my heart: Feline Angels adopted by Human Angels. How wonderful that they’ve all being cared for in such a loving way, and that they’ve been spayed or neutered. These lovely people changed these cats lives for the better! They're warm and cozy now, and safe "inside"! How wonderful.

It is really amazing and wonderful what you did for all of the cats. Taking them to a Vet. Getting them spayed or neutered and all of their shots. And building that fantastic room for them. They most likely are living their best lives with you 2.

What an upgrade, they went from a 1 star hotel to a luxury 5 star and it's about to get even better! Jackpot kitties 💞👏🏽👏🏽

but what's good about mostly feral cat is that its low maintenace. i use to leave in a house in the middle of the forest with a dozen cat roaming around, only like 3 of them would stay inside for most of the time, the rest would just dissapeard days, sometime week and we didn't really have to take care of them. the only problem were when they catch some bird or rabbit and eat them under the sofa. finding some animal remain scattered accross the house is never fun.

I had a neighbor who passed last year. Part of her daily paper route was to 2 farms that had feral cat colonies. She asked each owner if she could feed them. They both told her they didn't care what she did with them. There were 10 at each place. The feral cats in own neighborhood must have gotten the word, cause cats begin showing up around our house all the time. To the point the neighbor next to her complained and those "catcher" cages came out. They caught all the kittens, but neither parent. They all stopped coming around the day after she passed..

The fact that all of that has got to cost so much, especially with 16 of them and the vet (very expensive).. this couple has some of the biggest hearts out there! The kitties have truly changed and it’s got to be so sweet and worth the cost and time to have sixteen new cuddly additions to the family!! God bless them🩷🩷🩷

I live on a farm house and we have aprox 20 cats. People drop kittens in the field *EVERY* spring . They have their own barn and get feed everyday. There are several little houses all over the property for them. They are just like house cats, they 💕 people and to be cuddled.

Basically every year you “unwillingly” get more cats. Then the ones you have already teach the new one to love you as they love you, etc etc

They seem so cuddly! You can tell the previous owners were also kind to them

I recently adopted one cat off the streets. She's the sweetest little nugget. Had her vaccinated and checked out (she was already spayed by the local TNR program). If I could afford to, I'd do it for all the cats who hang around my block. Bless you for giving so much for these animals in need of love and care~

Just love you guys. You're amazing human beings.😊❤ The kitties are all adorable too. You saved their lives and gave them a real home.

Having all of them fixed is a key point. Of course time will cause their numbers to dwindle, so I hope this kind and generous couple will take on some new charges as that happens. A lovely thing to see.

Wow all those gingers!! In my experience they are the most friendly and affectionate. Such kindness from those people- barn cats can have a tough life and you can see their gratitude 🙏🏻 ❤

These cats hit the jackpot. The love they provide is so much more than what we know.

I remember how my neighbor had a similar setup with all the feral cats in our neighborhood. She paid me to feed them for a month while she was away, once, and they were the sweetest bunch. A few of them wouldn't let me touch them, but a majority loved to come up to me and cuddle if I sat on the floor of the porch where their bowls were and it was really nice.

Real heroes don't wear capes. What amazing human beings! Faith in humanity restored. 😊

I love this. This was a genuine video not like most of them where people were looking for followers or attention or making the fanciest things they can. These two were just genuinely trying to help when they could and look what it turned into! Great job you two!

This video made my day. What a beautiful cat house they did for them. In Turkey people also put cat houses on the streets with blanket inside. Stray cats need people's help more. Mostly love.

This is like the cat island in Japan. This couple was so welcoming to their presence and really hooked them up with the heated/comfortable cat room.

This is by far the coolest, sweetest thing this couple could have done for these furballs. They gained these cats trust which is such a difficult thing to do. Once you have that the love just comes pouring in and it feels wonderful. I love the cat house that they built for those 16 cats. I so wish I had the money to do that for my fur babies. This is amazing, thank you for sharing this with us.
