In late 2018 I suffered a brain injury incident and kinda lost a lot of things, but as I recovered I found this little family taking on a huge project and I became involved in their day to day struggles and triumphs. Following along as I recovered and became normal again gave me one more thing to be happy about. You guys are a part of my life now and I will always be here. ❤️

Hey, In 2018 I had 3 strokes and today I'm on my way to recovery, this family has helped me on my voyage to healing, doing just fine but can't walk. Hope your doing good dude.

This is the most beautiful, well composed piece of time-lapse I have even seen. The songs are so well chosen and matched with the overall vibes. It also makes me a bit sad, seeing and feeling that 4 years have since passed 😄. Though its very sad hearing about Chuck, but he will be remembered in these lovely memories.

That was a wonderful recap. My condolences for Chuck, that brought tears to my eyes. Such a wonderful build and you have a wonderful family. It was fun seeing how much the children have grown even though I've followed you for a long time you forget. "In Loving memory of Chuck", I'm sorry you lost him, he was such a pleasure to watch and laugh with, I'll miss seeing him. You two are the best and I want to Thank you for letting us viewers in on your journey with your family of people and animals. We will miss you Chuck.

Josh and Erin, I am very sorry to have just now learned of the passing of Chuck. I have been following you guys for quite some time, and I have noticed that Chuck wasn't appearing in your videos much recently. I guess his passing was a recent thing. He reminded me of the Dachshund my former father in law had when he passed. She weighed 28 pounds when we took her in, and in the three or so years we had her, we got her down to about 17 pounds with diet changes and exercise. It was amazing to watch her adapt and integrate with our "pack" of dogs. She was an entirely different dog by the time we lost her, and I believed she loved every minute of it. Very rewarding. Owning animals as you do, and pets as most of us do, is a very rewarding thing, and very hard to accept when the time is over. I hope the other two little guys can take over for Chuck and help you get over the loss of one great little fella. Take care.

I dont know how you guys do it. Raising a family, juggling work, kids education, building a house, taking care of the farm, hours spend after work to work on the house, filming and editing content, juggling the finances, you people are superhuman and super dedicated. Your wife is amazing how she is onboard with all of this. Most would quit.

Same here, They were pouring the footings when I subbed. I was building my home at the same time and seeing them get progress helped keep me going with my home build. Awesome to see how big their channel has become.

I was dreading the day when Chuck would be crossing the rainbow bridge. So sorry for your loss. He was one of my favorites to watch.

THE BEST LAYED PLANS OF MICE AND MEN. I HAVE WATCHED YOUR FAMILY FROM DAY ONE, WHEN I FOUND YOU FROM THE START. SO I HAVE LIVED VICARIOUSLY THROUGH ALL 5 OF YOU. IT HAS BEEN A VERY WONDERFUL JOURNEY. I have watched from the beginning and I have always loved you showing Chuck in each drop. I am almost 60 years old and started to cry when I saw the final frame of your video. My wife asked me why are you crying and I couldn’t get the words out Chuck was gone! Sorry for your loss.

When I think of the American dream. What you and your wife have accomplished to me is the American dream. Your own land build your own house with your sweat and tears and live a decent life. Congratulations.
