ST is a band I discovered about 2 years ago and have been my favorite band since. 2 songs you definitely need to check out are the songs "High Water" and "Mine". I could listen to those 2 songs all day on repeat if I had the time lol

Your song “workin on me” goes hard bro. All of it does, really. I’m glad you’ve found Sleep Token as they are my favorite artist (alongside Eminem). But Country is my favorite genre (I know, im all over). Your whole discography has made its way to my country playlist. Keep doing your thing bro. We need more Matthew Runaway music. 💪🏽

Have you ever reacted to the band Tool? I really like Sleep Token but Tool is still my favorite band. I would love to see you react to them, new listeners usually start off with the song “The Pot” but I would also love to see you react to these other songs as well: “Right in Two”, “ Vicarious”, “The Grudge”, and “Sober.” I would enjoy your reaction to my fave band! I am 62 and have been a Tool fan since they started around the early ‘90s. If you love the bass and drums, Tool will blow you away, their drummer Danny Carey is fantastic ( the drums in Sleep Token are my fave thing next to Vessel’s voice, I am all about the drums!)

Alkaline is probably their most commercial track to date. This was the first single release from the 2nd album: This place will become your tomb. They rarely use actual videos on the albums, but this album had 3. The others are Love you want and Fall for me. Both great tracks but more commercial. The best tack is the opener called Atlantic. Check it out. Also don't forget the 1st album Sundowning an album fall of bangers, try The Offering, Higher, Dark signs and Levitate to really under stand them.

It’s definitely a more straight forward song, but still equally as impressive! You’ll find, throughout their discography, some songs are experimental and some are more straight forward and simpler. I like that they mix it up! If every song was 7-8 minutes long with multiple switch ups, I think it would become overwhelming

I love take me back to Eden because it’s so eclectic and each song is so different stylistically…. But, I almost prefer their older stuff because they’re more drummer focused. If you listen to Sundowning or this place will become your tomb they’re both extremely drum heavy and focused. Like it’s the voice and the drums are front and center and everything else just fills in the gaps.

You’re pretty early on in your sleep token journey to branch into covers per-say, but Will Ramos is a very talented Harsh vocalist and front man of band Lorna Shore, as well as a content creator @TheWillRamos, but he LOVES sleep token and he has done some covers that are 100% worth a listen at some point if not a video. Highly recommend if you enjoy sleep token.
