Not gonna lie, for the longest time, I couldn't understand why so many people loved this song and then one day while I was stretching after working out, this song came on and I just started bawling. Red Rocks was a wild experience. The rain. The energy. The people. It was a magical night. Atlantic was easily the best live performance of a song I have ever seen. Same with this one. Wish I could go back and relive that night. It was awesome.

I saw this at the Red Rocks show too. This song was one I was indifferent to until then. I was sobbing by the end and now I REFUSE to ever skip this one

Listen i don't know who hurt Vessel but i just want to talk to them. This man should not be hurt this bad by anyone. Seeing it live also just sets a whole new depth to the emotion as well. Seeing this man cry on stage as he sings his heart out is one of the most emotional things i have had the pleasure of seeing.

​@JusGottaDoIt yeah it is. The 1st song on the 1st album is the "night does not belong to god" so hearing instead that the "night belongs to you" is amazing. And the next line "this bough has broken through" references their one song "When the bough breaks". And the last part of Euclid is the same as the 2nd verse of the night does not belong to god.

Not just The Night Does Not Belong to God there's little throwbacks to all sorts of stuff in this song across all three albums, the EPs, and even older "stuff" that's worth tracking down. :)

This song makes me want to start over, go back, and listen to sundowning again. I love Euclid reactions!

Hearing Vessel sing this live changed me as a person. The sheer emotion he shows when singing is a treat for everyone able to listen. It just different bro.

Which is such a wildly impressive feat for a songwriter. I feel the same thing during Euclid and Missing Limbs. It's fucking crazy. Like the person who hurt me is singing to me, but that also its my own soul singing. Idk how else to describe it. Vessel is an incredible songwriter.

This whole album is a banger. Especially if you're going through some shit in your life. You're really able to connect with Vessel's lyrics. Screaming this in the shower hits different

The end of this song is from the lyrics and song from their first song on album 1 Sundowning called The Night Does Not Belong To God. Also, fun fact...'5 whole minutes' is exactly how long Vessel actually sings on this song. Always love the reactions to ST.

Seeing this song live, when I say crying the whole time, how emotional Vessel is when he sings it..impossible not to feel something

I hadn't listened to this song in awhile. Just as I suspected, I still cried. Such an emotional song. Every time I listen to it.

I recently went through some really dark times in my life and this song, on repeat, listened to quietly at times, and sung at the top of my lungs in others, kept me from doing something really stupid. I'll forever credit Sleep Token for not letting me sink into darkness completely.

I've been listening to this album since the beginning. I STILL cry every time I hear Euclid.

Their whole live show on the Teeth of God Tour is an emotional roller coaster. Euclid live, with his emotion behind it, no dry eyes.

So many call backs to other songs. This is the ending of a trilogy that started with the Sundowning album. Actually, theres a call back to When the Bough Breaks too which is pre-Sundowning. I love this song so much. It's a favorite. Planning on learning to play it. ❤

I've seen Sleep Token 4 or 5 times live and always live Wessel always performs with such emotion. I always make sure I go to their gigs when in Melbourne Australia.

I was introduced to this song talking to a stranger at a concert last fall before the band came on stage and mentioned this song. I had no clue what to expect since i had never heard of Sleep Token before but this was 2 months after losing my dad and this uplifting song of getting past someone really struck. I started my sleep token backwards but this song really struck me at just the right time and made me want to jump into the discography and made me a huge fan.

This was the best reaction I’ve seen to this song….and trust me I have seen them all by now. This was a whole other level than anyone else has been on.

I love that you've done Sleep Token and some Dayseeker - you ever do any Beartooth? Might Love Myself is an absolute bop, especially knowing some of the vocalist Caleb's journey.

Also the first time I cried to this was after I got my ST tat ( i got their logo as my first tat, just a small one on my hand) and i was driving home on the highway blasting this and burst into tears

I traveled internationally to see Sleep Token in Montreal and was blown away by away when they performed this live. They were phenomenal. You have to do a reaction video of Blood Sport! That will make you cry. It is so beautiful. ❤

I havent been the same since i saw them live in Tampa last month. They ended with this song and now every time i listen to it i just instantly go back to being in that arena with everyone singing their hearts out. I seen them live at Red Rocks Amphitheater not too long ago..and it was the most incredible experience of my life.. I've been listening to them since their EP Two came out and the live experience blew me away..that night was so perfectly beautiful..the energy of the crowd, the 15 minutes of rain, being in a group of people I love and also some new friends we met that same night. We all jammed, cried, and held each other..the experience was so great itself hard to describe. You just had to be there

A perfect song to end a perfect album❤

I was able to figure out an acoustic cover of this within a day or two of it coming out. It's the only vid I've ever uploaded that did anything close to "numbers". So much so that I had to make another video teaching ppl how to play it, and it did pretty well too.

You will realize why it makes you want to cry once you start going through their older stuff :)

Vessel just grabs a hold of you and doesn't let you go until that ending... this is the full circle that goes back to TNDBTG.

I highly recommend listening to all three albums in one sitting. It takes a while but it was the most impactful musical experience I’ve ever had. By the time Euclid came around, I was weeping. The callbacks and imagery are incredible. It ties the whole trilogy of albums together perfectly.

Lol Elucid, it's Euclid pronounced ''U Klid'' and it means 'Glorious' or 'Renowned'. Euclid is also the 'Father of Geometry' and the so named Euclidean Geometry. I don't think that this song is math related but I wouldn't put it past Vessel to put an even deeper meaning hidden in this song. As others have said you should listen to The Night Does Not Belong To God and Euclid back to back. They are the same base melody but TNDNBTG is in the minor scale and Euclid is in the major. Minor scale feels more sad and major feels more hopeful.

💯...When the BOUGH breaks, " this bough has broken through", TNDNBTG (the entire ending of Euclid is a nod to that song), Ancient Canopies goes back to Ascensionism (Diamonds in the Trees), Fall For Me is the "electronic voice" from the vocoder, " nothing matters" kinda goes back to Blood Sport "you say it doesn't matter", and "if you're wings won't find you heaven" is a nod to Levitate. I'm sure there's other but I'm blanking out at the moment 😂😂. So good and yes, it is ART!

Just getting into Sleep Token myself, I've heard their 3 albums are a trilogy, when I noticed the last piano melody of Euclid mimicked the opening melody of the first song from the first album? Omg ❤️

You havent felt this song yet. Listen to all three albums, come back to this and something will catch you. My favorite song from them is Blood Sport and i missed the reference the first time because the piano from The Night Does Not Belong To God caught me with the gotcha. Literally blew my mind. Slowly i grabbed all of the easter eggs they have in the song the next 20 times I listened to it.

The day this album dropped, I was still kind of new to sleep token, and this song came on with the piano at the start and I had to step away from my desk at work to go finish listening in the staff bathroom, and I SOBBED. I cried so hard. Once you understand the lore of Sleep Token and Vessel’s relationship with the entity Sleep, and all the references to older songs, this song hits like a million tons of bricks.

The first time I heard this song, I sobbed. I sobbed because it's nostalgic, it's poetic, and it's written as a ballad. The ending where their song The Night Does Not Belong To God is echoed through the outro, I sobbed even harder. TNDNBTG was the first Sleep Token song that ever made me cry. Euclid (pronounced "u-klid") feels like an acknowledgement of Vessel's past self, a well-intended goodbye letter to his childhood and young adulthood. It's an ode to the changes that maturity brings and all the growing pains that come with it. You're right, Vessel has a way of singing right to your heart. There's an earnestness about him that is disarming. I hope that never changes.

I feel some type of euphoria every time I listen to Euclid. I envy the people that get to listen to sleep token for the first time. I wish I could reset and listen to them for the first time again. But that’s why I love watching these reaction videos because it lets me see how sleep token really makes people feel and I can somewhat experience second hand, what it was like for me when it was the first time. I remember when I discovered them. I was scrolling through Spotify one day to see if I can discover some new stuff, and I see sleep token on my recommended. I remember thinking “man I’ve seen this artist hovering around my Spotify multiple times, I need to check them out and see what’s up” yk? 😅 I really wish I would’ve done that sooner because I believe that what I discovered that day was a literal gift 😅 I’m so thankful for what my curiosity brought me. Euclid is one of my favourites mostly for the fact that it calls back to sleep token through time the references to this night does not belong to god, when the bough breaks and dywtylm are incredible and make the song that much more powerful. Sleep token are the definition of music you can feel and i love them for it
