The view is breathtaking just incredible how much
I was just at this location last week to see the famous Gladiator shooting spot. Parked next to the church and walked down. its is a beautiful location of the Val d Orcia valley, I can see the potential of renovating this property. If only I had the money. This is so surreal to see this video only 1 week after I visited the same spot, and yes we saw the filming crew setup or the George Clooney & Adam Sandler movie.

That is a very beautiful property 👍and the outside of the house is beautiful I'm sure On the inside can be restored beautifully,!! Is the price included with the hectare of land ? It seems like a lot of money for a house that needs to be redone? Is it because of the area it is so much? Thank you great video 😄😁

hello, an acre of land is also included. If you've seen the other Pienza videos you'll have noticed that the other farmhouses cost about twice as much as this one.
Great property and amazing location and I love your team because you always offer the entire package ie the Renovation price finish it completely.
