A gem of late-nineteenth-century architecture, designed by architect Guido Sartirana, is currently for sale in Moltrasio, by the wonderful waters of Lake Como.

a very large doll house...some of the furnishings fit, others too bulky & outdated...but those frescoes...oh my...majestic feel & a myriad of other lovely period details....thank you for the tour!

Lake Como one of the planets most picturesque's area, villa is very palatial , you really wouldn't get bored of that view. you have to admire the time and effort that has taken to design and create the interior.

The opening music grabbed and held my attention... and then WOW, what a property. Every detail is exquisite! That billion-dollar Powerball lottery would help! The quality of the property and stunning gardens is only matched by the incredible location. Amazing. One thing I would LOVE to see is how it all looks at night with the lighting you mentioned.

The terraces are a nice selling feature. I'm torn on the interior-- it's an art museum-- a bit too formal for me. The amount of interior and exterior space is fantastic. Next owner can customize it however they wish. Lots of potential in this property. Thank you for sharing this video!
