Problem with Spain is they don't really have winning material songs. Those on Gala Eurovision are good but......not winner potential. Their last good result was Ruth, they should stop using Operacion Triunfo as a way to decide who will represent them and rather send a big name like Pastora was.

I would really love to see Eurovision in Czechia 😍😍😍, but I also wish the victory to Cyprus 🇨🇾

I don't think Cyprus will ever win, unfortunately. Eleni's performance was massive, the concept was perfect, the song had cypriot vibes. She owned that stage and gave a real show. Israel's live performance was a mess. And yet it won..

Thankyou, Australia was robbed of victory with Sound of Silence. It was proven that the winner with 1944 had broken the rules as it wasn’t a new song which is against Eurovision rules, yet they didn’t disqualify her.

@@pminch Edyta had sore throat and larynx at that time. She could barely speak and was afraid that she would not go on stage. At the last moment she left and sang. After the performance, she lost her voice and could not speak. At the rehearsal she sang in English to save her voice. Several countries were offended (it was not possible then to sing in a language other than their native language) and did not give points. If it wasn't for this throat action, I assume we could win. Because with all respect, but the Polish performance beat the winners back then. The president of the victorious country herself admitted that Poland should have won, because we deserved more for victory. It's such a short story.

Absolutely amazing song. A really beautiful, simple song. Salvador 100% deserved to win this year. Lisbon also did a wonderful job of hosting the competition so I hope Portugal will win again :)

I would like to see Lithuania winning this year. 🇱🇹🏆 Come on, the Roop!

In the Junior Eurovision variant, some of these countries are powerhouses like Georgia, Armenia, and Malta.

We tecnically did win. Yugoslavia with a Croatian band.

The best position in Macedonia was not in 2006, it was in 2019 because Macedonia was in 8th place unlike the 12th in 2006‼️‼️‼️

@@joan7216 yes. Azebaijan is now 8th and Macedoniq 7th. As she won the jury voting over Sweden.

I'm thinking Romania, Moldova or Lithuania might win this year, I hope one of them do! 😁

aww you're nice for thinking we might win :D but I doubt we will as I don't see any breath-taking song from our selection just yet. Maybe tomorrow or next week or week after :)

It's possible one of these countries could win this year. However, as someone in the U.S., I'd like to be able to view the region-blocked live performances again! 🤣

I hope Cyprus (my country) will win 😍 But i wish good luck to every country
