    thats a better counter sink than i seen on some 5 axis machines.

    lol, well i am not sure about that. its ok, but more of a gimmicky thing and certainly not a substituned for a machine countersink

    Miss your videos sir, I know how life can steer us off course some times... but hopefully you can put up a video soon. Heck, just get in the shop and make something simple, and show it to us, doesnt need all the cool editing, etc

    Wonder how this works with the rotary tube cutter? Put a chamfer on pipe for welding.

    Dang! Is it possible to do a continuous top surface chamfer, say like on the perimeter of the 'wrenches' in the video? Just too awesome you can do this with a 3-axis machine.

    yes i think so with some slight experimentation, shouldnt be a problem, so you could do weld prep bevel, etc

    Funny you ask that. I just quoted a 30,000 Watt machine to an energy company in NM. Rated to pierce/cut 3" carbon steel - $726,000 but for all us regular folks. 3KW will Pierce / Cut 3/4" and 6KW will pierce/cut 1"

    these imported machines dont exactly follow the same sizes we do here. 3x5, 5x10, 6x12, and 8x20 are the common sizes, with 5x10 being the most popular and best overall value

    Oxy pressure also plays a role, right? And have you tried stainless steel?

    @@charlesfeng3823 How much pressure of nitrogen will u need (bc stainless steel requires highend consumption and pressure of gas it all about $) for this countersink while the head cutting from 40-60mm from material. So i cant see it real on SS. IMHO

    dude i still sell prima, not sure what the worry is, go direct if you want to save some $$$ but if yoru worried about support, you better buy from a US importer. Checkout Laguna, Bescutter, Stealth.

    What about a software upgrade to my "other guy " machine so I can do this? Maybe you can sell my old one and swap out with the new and improved machine? Anyone thinking about buying a machine form Ramsey Customs don't hesitate, he knows his machines and will take care of any problems .
