Look up Herman miller chairs. Once you sit in one you can never go back. They make gaming chairs that are a little bit cheaper than their traditional ones. They’ve been the luxury office chair manufacturers for a while.

Get a proper office chair with back support & is comfortable. No Razor gaming chair comes close, and I’ve tested both. Gaming chairs are literally ALL hype. Facts. Best advice I ever got was from a large dude who's a friend of mine. He said "go to Office Depot, find a chair you think a 300lb guy would need. Made of steel, well made cushion etc... and buy it." I've had this chair for 8 years now. I could still fall asleep in it. Never have had back pain and I have back issues.

When you get older and sitting in a chair for long hours is part of your job, then a good chair is literally the difference between a normal back, and pain. I'm a programmer and I have to sit in my chair for long hours (while taking small breaks of course), and that is why I still have my 20 year old chair my brother gave me, and we've kept it maintained and repaired because I cannot find a good cheap chair.

you do realise streamers sit in their chair for what 60-70 hours per week if not more. i only sit in my chair for work and i bought a herman miller because a normal office chair destroyed my back. you go sit in a regular office chair for 60 hours a week for a year at least and tell me how your back feels after that
