If it really does happen, i am more than open to it. His return in No Way Home was awesome, and there's a lot of stories you can do with Tobey. Maybe bring in Kraven or Vulture as it was initially planned when 4 was announced. Only time will tell but i would love to see it happen as Spider-Man 4 is something i want to see, especially with how much the Sam Raimi Spider-Man movies influenced me.

I wanna see Kraven The Hunter. Honestly he should've been the main antagonist when they rebooted Spider-Man the first time after Spider-Man 4 was cancelled and I wanted Kraven to be the main antagonist when they rebooted Spider-Man after Not-So Amazing Spider-Man 3 was cancelled.

I think if they decide to make a 4th Tobey Spider-man movie it should be set up before Avengers Secret Wars to have it come out either in 2027 or 2028. Another idea is if they go with Vulture as the villiain it would nice to see John Malkovich play the character but due to his age i think a good second contender would be Jon Cryer play the Vulture.

I think Kraven the hunter would be a great villain for Tobeys Spider-Man 4. They could sorta go the insomniac SM2 route and instead of Kraven having Cancer he could just start slowing down in his older age so he goes to New York to hunt down Spider-Man to prove he still has that drive and ability to hunt. Where as Spider-Man (Tobey) could also mirror that by being an older veteran hero. Which would perfectly align with what Raimi said recently by saying the villain would be a representation of that obstacle.

I want it to happen for sure but realistically it might not. But then again people said the same thing ten years ago about no Star Wars 7 and we got a whole sequel trilogy out of that. So there’s hope. However if it’s going to be a sm 4, I do want it to tie into secret wars as well as NWH and maybe Peter 2 is running oscorp to respect Norman’s and Harry’s legacy and have Miles Morales introduced as an oscorp intern. Maybe Dylan Baker can play the lizard again and Peter 2 and Miles have to stop him. Those are my general thoughts on SM 4. It’s all up to marvel and sony.

There's an idea about him running Oscorp! Inevitably Peter becomes a professor one way or another (why would he keep sticking around at a newspaper that constantly slanders him?) and it could be how he comes up with a cure for Connors if they go the Lizard route.

Love to see that shirt back. As Hawkeye said "Don't Give Me hope!" I'd love it but I doubt it happens. It'll be nice to see all the Spiderman movies rerelease this summer though. That'll be a fun ride.

I've been saying "Don't give me hope!" ever since hearing the rumors of Tobey showing up in NWH lol If anything I'll get to check out the original three movies on the big screen since I haven't had that happen in a LONG time.

I would like to see if they can make a Spider-Man 4 with Tobey returning, I might not hold my breath for it but I am opening up a idea of Spider-Man 4 in the works, but only time will tell but I won’t be to upset if doesn’t happen but hey is a fans dream come true so anything is possible! I'm not holding my breath either even though I am hoping deep down that it could somehow materialize, Tobey I think will be around for a little while longer regardless :)

I’m not going to count on it happening but I will say if it did happen a Sam Raimi Spider-man 4 would become one of my most anticipated movies of all time! 😅 I don’t think I would want a Batman beyond style story with Spider-Man 4. Same with a hobgoblin storyline because tobey has already fought two goblin variations in the first three movies so a third Goblin would be repetitive to me (and if they wanted to do hobgoblin they should’ve done it with Harry in Spider-Man 3) I would rather have it be an epilogue to the original trilogy with an older Peter Parker reprised by Maguire (a take that would make it unique to other installments of the franchise) I would imagine that is what raimi, maguire and company would want to do as well. That or maybe pick up what tobey is up to post no way home;)

Hobgoblin would've been more appropriate for Harry to become other than the snowboarder... Peter 2 in between NWH and Secret Wars with some mentions of what he's been up to post-Spider-Man 3 is what I'd go for and I think it could also be like what Rocky 6 was for that series after fans felt dissatisfied with Rocky 5.

Hey Joe, hope you're having a great day 😊. For me personally, it's a 50/50 chance, more of a never say never kind of thing. If they did make the movie, the Villian I would choose is either Kraven The Hunter, or Kingpin, or Chameleon. Do I think it will happen, I really don't know honestly, let's see what happens 😂. And also if it does happen, make it the finale of the series and give the character the closure it deserves. Anyways, these are my personal thoughts on what's going on. If there's a possibility of Tobey's Spider-Man facing off against Vincent D'oNofiro's Kingpin, I'd say make it happen! And Kraven I think is a villain Raimi would've had a ton of fun with since he kinda fits the campy tone that he portrayed in his trilogy.

Tom Holland's SM4 should be more the priority in all honesty.

It'll probably what'll end up happening even with all of the current drama going on with Sony trying to incorporate multiversal elements and Marvel pushing back.

I mean is it possible yes but at the same time though I don’t trust Sony given there track record as of late in my opinion.
