Could have been a FAIL! Let's try making Smoked Gyro!
This was a rocky one... but this did come out so delicious. I had some on the pan fried up the next day and I think it was even better!
There will be a version 2 of this. The method I used here is not as easy to do, so we will be back with a better version!
