Omg. Coughing for 5 days straight. No more than 3 hours of broken sleep a night. Got to 4 minutes in and realized I hadn’t coughed. Finished whole thing. Still no cough. I. Am. A. Believer. Absolutely mind boggling.

worked on my 6 year old. went to the Dr got him meds, didn't work. 5 min into this and he's asleep not coughing . hard to believe for the non believers.

I was almost at the stage of having to go to A&E (accident and emergency) last night as I couldn't stop coughing which was making me breathless and asthmatic. Albeit I did have to listen to this five times and the first time standing up as laying down was causing too much coughing. The second time I was able to lay and by the third time through it had reduced to a tickle. The fourth time through the tickle had gone completely, so the fifth time through was just to be thorough! As I have woken his morning there is a slight tickle so going through it a few more times. Thank you for a fantastic tool that has now been added to my tool box!

This really works! I was coughing uncontrollably right before I listened to this. I felt a 80% difference after.

This video is amazing! I started getting sick a couple of weeks ago and nothing I have been able to get has helped until this. I have no insurance and I am having trouble finding a doctor who will see me as a self-pay patient. I work at home and my production has gone down so much since the coughing started because I couldn't hear what I was supposed to type. At the high-pitched part, I started feeling the inside of my nose burning. I almost turned it off, but I noticed that the congestion that has been here for the past two weeks is now gone. The burning sensation decreased and now the itchy feeling in my throat is going away. I can now hear again and hopefully catch up a little so I won't lose my job. Thank you!!!

Placebo effect or not, I am also noticing that it is having a positive effect on my chronic fatigue. :D

Yeah, this worked for me within 10 mins. Just quit smoking the last week or so and my throat is itching something awful. It is still itchy but the coughing has completely stopped. This tune is really trippy I like it.

Just started the video. So far, so good. I have had a bad cough for weeks. Now it may go away. The tickle is still there but the lump is leaving my throat. OK. The high pitch part started and it made me release a cough but it's good now. Wow.

THANK YOU ! I too scrolled comments for mental prep as I listened - I have an anxiety cough and my body heaves to spew - and tears pour out my eyes - I didn't know if it would work for me really ... I felt a sensation through my lower jawbone during this .. AND - I believe it WORKED ! .. (I may come back some hours later to verify)

I played it about 6 times before I felt that it worked but I have continued to play it over and over and managed to get up and shower after being in bed for 3 days. I am so grateful I found this relief for my ribcage pain.

this helped. I was coughing non stop due to a throat infection. this greatly reduced my coughing and allowed me to take my asthma meds and antibiotics without cough choking on them.

I read the comments too like I do on most content I watch or Listen to... the high and higher parts really caught me off guard yet I just lowered the sound on my headphones. Overall less annoying tickle and less cough. Happy to stumble upon this high pitch joy to our world. Btw my cough is a congested cough

wow! that worked, but the high part about scared the crap outta me! i think it scared my sinuses, because i never would've thought I had a bad head cold with this going on!!!! didn't cough thru the whole thing except by the end. had a throat tickle a few times, i thought it would het me, but i concentrated on the sounds, and it was gone. that high part tho. super effective but nearly gave me a heart attack! !!!!

I just started a cold. At 3:31 on the video my sinus opened up. Wow. The high pitch.

Well, I have chronic or eternal bronchitis, and seems pretty good!! The mucous isn’t so bad.

It gets a little better but it gets back after few minutes when stop listening to this. I will listen to it multiple times every day. When it comes to dry cough, i'm a veteran (and not proud of it). How did you go Alex? I've had the worst cold in years (today is day 10, usually it only lasts less than a week, and not much is peak). I've had a bad cough (dry and sometimes productive) so much that my body and back moves and my throat hurts. Still have an ear infection and other cold sympoms they're not going away. First time listening, hopefully this works for all of us :)

It helped me. I've been listening for 21 days and the cough dissapeared. It dissapeared completely around day 5 but i just kept listening to it daily because it might had been a problem with both neck and lungs. Now i'm healed :) It took around 2 weeks.

Glad it helped :) I was coughing so much I have lost my voice by 90%. This has never happened to me before. I'm on antibiotics now so that might be helping with the cough med too.

HOLY SHIT batman, this tone and the whooping cough tones are the most extreme I've used. I was not ready for the high pitched tones, not with earbuds in. Is it working? I would have to say yes it's working or helping to clear up my horrid cough
