Your not gonna believe this and i know it sounds stupid but i put my ear buds in my nose to see if the frequency would have any effect or do anything instead of just listening to it and letting your brain do the work it is hard to explain but its extremely effective its like the frequency goes to a whole different part of the brain or in your cells and flows through your whole skin and nerves and eyes i may have discovered something worth trying cause even my facial muscles feel more relaxed and yes its weird and i did try it but dont knock it till you try it cause i feel great

I'm doing it now I've had a headache for 3days have listened to to the headache ones with slight relief, this morning I played this in bed through phone speaker and had good relief but not complete I'm now sitting in kitchen with headphones at first I had them in my ears and was getting good relief then read this comment. Ok but HOW 😳 It's actually worked. Just around the 5 minute mark. Both sinuses cleared, it didn't just drain one into the other. My ears start to feel better. I don't get it, but I really appreciate it 😌

Fighting all of the above and Covid, going to try this.

It's 6:19am... I've been up all night suffering and using everything besides cutting my nose off!!! Which I was contemplating!! I usually use a different video that worked up until tonight. But tonight, it just wouldn't. I tired everything! Vicks, hot shower, hot zinc tea with hot honey, spicy chicken soup, a steam vaporizer, menthol bath salts in a hot bath, and nothing worked! The pain and pressure had me desperately searching! Finally, after 3 mins, the pressure was released, and my ear finally popped. I am forever grateful! ❤😂

hi! THANK YOU so much for your comment! i have been reading for over an hour now and not seen one negative comment, until now..i was beginning to wonder if i'm the ONLY 'odd ball' here and the only one that this is NOT working on..but then just about the time i was getting ready to write this 'reply' to you my nose was actually dripping so fast that i couldn't catch it in time with a kleenex! THEN is when i realized that it actually IS working! but just before that i was convinced that i was wasting my time! at the beginning of this video i had just woke up and my sinuses was very glogged up and no 'runniness' happening..so finally i've learned that it IS working, but it took ALL this time to work on a much deeper level than everyone else's..my sinus issues are from a much LONGER and DEEPER issues than the other folks here..cuz NOW, over an hour later, everything in my sinuses is breaking up and running out..which is incredible! but when i read your comment AT FIRST nothing was happening..so i assumed NOTHING was going to happen..but all at once it DID..anyways, point being- it may take a lot longer for some people than others depending on WHAT the problem is and how long has the issue been inbedded in the person's body..thank you so much for sharing or i would never have stopped to realize that my nose was actually running now and everything was breaking loose..🙏👍🏻😇💜

You should find locally made honey in your area and take a tablespoon 2x per day. The theory is, bees use the allergens in the area that you react to and by introducing them to your body daily via the local honey, your body will build immunity. I was pretty bad off, me and the dog. I got local honey for us both and now that pollen season has started in South Carolina, we haven’t sneezed or been congested once. Hope this helps!
