Holy crap! I fell asleep listening to this. I slept for less than an hour. I had the most vivid vivid dream. I dreamt I was sitting on my bed after getting up in the morning. My boyfriend and I were getting ready to go out for the day. I was drinking water out of a glass. I looked at the wall and saw two blue sphere beings. They sensed I saw them. My body then instantly froze in place. My glass cup melted in my hand without harming me. I tried turning my head to talk to my boyfriend but he was frozen and blurry. I felt something lifting my whole body up towards the sky. It felt like I turned to jello. I could feel nothing but love and warmth like I was about to be taken to my distant cosmic family.

Me too! It was amazing. My dream was so detailed and colorful. Yet it was a strange story occurred on another planet or lifetime, I think. Two people went through many scenarios to discover the mystery of karma and souls reunion. When woke up, I felt a sense of purpose. But something was missing... I felt like missing the partner in my dream. Gee, I wish I could recall that dream to see how the journey would end. It was a whole new experience of emotions, every positive aspects of human beings combined with the excitement of the unknowns that could bring up some fearful and unforeseen moments...

I felt like she was communicating with me. i burst out in tears of joy. I just found it interesting as I don't think much about her anymore on a regular basis.

Thanks for the nice words and positive feedback! I hear often that someone prefers our offerings to another and for that i am grateful! It is my goal to help others and spread joy, and I am thankful I have been able to do so to some small degree! I haven't spent much time listening to other's channels, however I know there are some good ones out there! The few I have been in touch with that seem like really good people are: StandardBinauralBeats YourBrainMusic and BinauralBrainwave

It is my understanding that lower frequencies in the Beta range are more suited towards intelligence in a mathematical book sense, where as Gamma sessions around 40 hz are more involved with "Total Knowing" Being aware of everything where individual intelligence is no longer necessary.

I like to use this as well as many binaural beats for dealing with very bad anxiety and compulsive behavior. That along with CBT...My suggestion is to turn off any bright light from technology, listen to Delta waves while conscious for maybe 10-15 so your eyes can acclimate to sleeping. During that time, you can meditate, pray, look around and observe, etc. Just keep the room dark. Then, sleep and wake up. It becomes easier to not be as bombarded by aggressive thoughts that way. And thus, easier not to binge eat. College brought out a lot of pre-existing problems to the surface and I find myself at my breaking point a lot. It's time to fix it.

The description has a link to the website where we get the frequency information from. This is essentially a list of studies on frequencies, not necessarily associated with binaural beats. We use this list to create sessions and it has proven quite accurate. For example studies have shown that when someone is asleep their brain is in delta frequency so we use this for sleep sessions. When studying and active we are in beta...so beta frequencies are used etc....

It feels as if it numbs my brain somehow. I listened to this this afternoon, and only made it about 10 minutes in before falling to sleep. All day afterwards, I felt disoriented and like my brain was recovering from a type of fog. When I was listening to this the first time as well, I swear I kept hearing things outside my headphones, but there was never anything going on. Just occasional sounds. I'm not so sure what this one is for, but heck, does it ever make me tired. Great before bed. xD

The reason it works is because it is a drone though. You just described louder music. The reason why listening to metal isn't conducive to focusing is because it is too all over the place. This follows Taoist principles of Pu in its beautiful simplicity. People are so accustomed to information overload that they forget how to only focus on one thing because they are so used to paying attention to multiple conversations with multiple people on their cell phone while reading or doing classwork.
