I think 20 years ago I would've considered Ground News such an incredibly insightful and indispensable innovation (whoops, a lot of "I's" there, lol) ...since that time though, I've just not cared about watching the news---however--- I still gleen the excitement and fear and outrage from others' digestive experience. I mean, how can you not, lol? ...and it just seems really nonsensically tragic what most people consider "newsworthy". There is just so much going on in the world that doesn't really matter at all in the grand scheme of things. Things that'll be forgotten in 100 years. Things that have zero impact on the quality and manner in which we lead our lives RIGHT NOW. I think we're so focused on dramatizing the things outside our purview, that we're losing a grasp on what's going on in our own lives. It's like Plato's Allegory of the Cave....and the News is (are?) the shadows on the wall. _(although, now that I think about it, we could probably say the same about social media too, lol 😂)_

Congratulations! To a new cult member I offer this wisdom: If you are hungry when you arrive, go to the food court first and get an inexpensive snack (Hot dog or Pizza slice) first (with optional drink). Eat enough to sate your hunger first before shopping to avoid impulse buying, from the temptation of free samples. You can wrap up what you don’t eat to carry with you as you shop for a snack later, and get a quick refill on your drink on the way out after your purchase.
I went in to get a gallon of milk. It cost me $300 and filled my cart with clothes, food, lightbulbs, books, and more.
