Thanks for the video. It is so informative. I can say, considering all expenses including miscellaneous also, upmost 1100 Euros can go monthly. As I am coming for my PhD to Ireland, it will be manageable with my stipend.

Very limited. Whichever university you are applying to email them and check the availability

You will have to show 10-12k euro for student visa... From that you can use remaining 40 euros every month. Simple.
