Gas stoves have some pros, but what if the gas stove switch is accidently left on or bumped on, and your house fills with explosive fumes. . . I like induction stoves for indoors and gas for outside. lol

I'm redoing my kitchen right now. I am working with an interior designer. Full backsplash and single sink with disposal on the right. The single sink is almost as long as the double sink it is replacing. Well done, if you ask me!

Sadly they are trying to eliminate gas stoves everywhere. I love gas but some places don’t have access to gas either.

Needs gas. Needs a fireplace in Idaho! Master bathroom: sinks should always be under mounted unless they are more art than sinks. Shower inserts are not the best upstairs. I work in plumbing and find between the flexible shell and the wood framing the movement between two flexible structures, drain line connection leaks are common and or almost inevitable. Inserts aren’t as bad on slabs if they are quality inserts. Close to $600k with these very finishes? This build is way over priced. I was expecting a price point in the low $400’s

Gas stove, no microwave above the stove, I prefer it in the island, Big undermount sink in kitchen, Double undermount sinks in bathroom, No inserts in bathroom, inserts looks cheap, in my opinion.

Inserts do look cheap, but they are way easier to maintain than tile.
